Professor asked 380 finance students which ticker they’d put their money into. 80% picked NVDA. I posted Bitcoin in the chat. No replies. Two dislikes.

US debt is around 503 332 797 BTC, makes you think about it

Whatever you do, don’t be the old dude at college. It’s rough. Especially when you’re into Bitcoin and still like to say retarded.

Damn, we really all are feeling it.
Bitcoin is pumping and it's bittersweet. I feel so bad for all the coldcard hack HODLers who held through the brutal bear market only to have the market rip in their faces after they lost their stack. Fuck this sucks.

During this Bitcoin pump, all I can think about are the ones who lost everything in the Coldcard hack. What a massive fucking failure. Hard to celebrate knowing that.

I made peace a long time ago with one uncomfortable, brutal possibility: Bitcoin could cost me nearly everything. A massive percentage of what I’ve spent years building is tied to this conviction. I’m all in. If the thesis breaks, the financial damage could be savage. And I accept that. Because I would rather absorb a devastating loss pursuing what I genuinely believe is a rare, once-in-a-generation asymmetric opportunity than spend decades watching it succeed while knowing I stayed safely on the sidelines. I accumulated through the heavy, miserable 2019 market. I kept buying through the violent wreckage and absolute carnage of 2022. And I’m still relentlessly adding today. From the outside, that probably looks irrational, irresponsible, maybe completely reckless. I have no idea how many wildly overexposed, stubbornly committed, borderline-insane Bitcoin holders are riding this gigantic monetary experiment beside me. But if you’re one of them, you’re an absolute legend in my eyess.

I got back on X at such a weird time. Coldcard/BIP-110 week. One minute people are getting murdered on the streets, the next my parents are arguing over Bitcoin. One day, we may all have to come together. Is Bitcoin still not our best chance at giving our children freedom?

This week a decade happened in a week while Bitcoin was just 17. Enjoy your day, everyone.

Am I a retard or is Bitcoin the only thing you can spend 10,000 hours studying and somehow end up knowing less than when you started?

So we can never become the silent Bitcoin stacker and disappear from the internet safely… huh?

I had all of my Bitcoin on an MK3 this morning. Thankfully I was able to move every sat off of it. I don’t really use Twitter anymore. I became a silent Bitcoin stacker at the beginning of the year. If not for @mattkratter, i’d still be in the dark. Shit, that was stressful.

Fuck the people telling you not to panic. The exploit is out in the wild, public attention is on it, and everybody has access to frontier LLMs. I imagine there are dozens of hacking teams now researching how to exploit this. You are in a race against time.

‘And who is that, mother?’ ‘That's your great-great-grandfather, son. He bought whole #Bitcoin for our family in the mid twenties of the 21st century.’ ‘Whole Bitcoin? My friends always talk about a few satoshi. How much is a whole Bitcoin?’ ‘One hundred million, son, one hundred million.’

The gap between natural deflation (thanks to technology) and forced inflation (from central banks) is the greatest wealth transfer in history. It's a hidden tax on future generations, enriching asset holders at the expense of everyone else. #Bitcoin fixes this.

I’ve become convinced that feeling consistently neutral-to-bearish on bitcoin price action while owning a ton of bitcoin and continuing to buy more is actually the most zen approach to bitcoining.
