It all comes down to money. When the bills come, people reveal who they really are.
What you see happening in France is essentially what will happen throughout the whole of Western and Southern Europe at some point Europe regulated away all new and existing businesses so they with the money and the talent moved elsewhere (like US and Asia) When money flees a continent, the businesses, then the people and the government run out of money Meanwhile cost of living keeps growing โ†’ people get poorer and โ†’ people need more government welfare โ†’ meaning the government has to borrow more money to pay for that โ†’ borrowing for worse and worse rates โ†’ which pushes down the Euro โ†’ meaning less spending power for its people โ†’ making Europeans even poorer

Exhanges get hacked. Cold wallets get drained. Where are we supposed to store BTC?
$BTC: Binance needs to replace the missing assets. Whatever cannot be restored through recoveries or existing company holdings needs to be BOUGHT BACK. The exact purchase amounts have not been announced. The estimated impact is $6.3 BILLION, with approximately $3 BILLION already frozen. The Frozen Funds will be Re-Minted and sent back to Binance while the Frozen funds will remain frozen forever. The full $6.3 billion represents 3.91% of all Binance holdings, once Tether/ Circle re-issue the frozen $3 billion, the remaining hacked amount falls to $3.3 BILLION, or 2.05% of total Binance assets. So in case nothing gets additionally frozen in the next days, simply translates into: Binance is forced to re-purchase $3.3 BILLION of stolen assets and that includes a big amount of Bitcoin. And in another way of translation this would mean, the Hacker holds $3.3 Billion worth of BTC and he wonโ€™t sell it as Hackers prefer BTC, and on top Binance needs to purchase Crypto and BTC worth $3.3 Billion. So overall, and mathematically correct this hack brings an inflow of $3.3 bn. This is why hacks are less harmful than liquidations such as FTX. Let the bears celebrate the panic. I remain VERY bullish. In my view, the bull market continues, my longs from $80,400 and my spot holdings from $60,000 remain open, and this hack does NOT shake me out. I entered this market prepared for volatility. Let the bears celebrate todayโ€™s drop. Yesterday Bitcoin was $2,000 above my long entry. Today, it is $2,000 below it. And I havenโ€™t made a big deal out of it, ignore the volatile fluctuation and Iโ€™m trusting @cz_binance for 100%. The bull market needs to continue and I feel sorry for everyone who is capitulating based on this FUD.

From RE, whoโ€™s getting the real money? Itโ€™s the government. They tax you for buying home, holding it, and you must get their permission to renovate your property. Gov gets the ultimate benefits of RE along with rent-seeking banks.
You've already lost the real estate game The boomers own everything, and now they're going to make you give them the next 50 years of your life to sell you their 60 year old home Play a new game Buy Bitcoin

Telling people to dump Bitcoin to buy "Super Intelligence" is the ultimate VC category error. "Itโ€™s a dead network that does nothing except store value." Yes. Thatโ€™s literally the entire point. Gold hasnโ€™t pushed a software update in 5,000 years. It commands an $18T market cap precisely because it does nothing except sit in a vault and refuse to be diluted. Money isnโ€™t a Series B SaaS startup. It doesnโ€™t need quarterly feature roadmaps, enterprise pivots, or hype. Predictability is the feature. Hereโ€™s the part they completely miss: AI is an engine of exponential abundance. It drives the marginal cost of code, content, and intelligence toward zero. Bitcoin is absolute mathematical scarcity. You don't sell the yardstick to buy more fabric. And when autonomous AI agents actually start transacting 24/7 at machine speed without bank accounts or KYC, what do you think they settle in-depreciating AI capex, or an immutable digital scarce asset? AI creates the abundance. Bitcoin is the pristine collateral you store it in.
A brutal year for Bitcoin is just getting started. Give me three minutes to explain why you should dump it now. Outflows from ETFs are signal and will continue. We will test the 57k low again in the next 12 months. Why? Because there are far too many dynamic places to put your money that are creating MUCH more value. Why put your resources into a dead network that offers nothing beyond a store of value? What's the point of place the BTC be if Bitcoin's Ponzi-scheme nature has gone away!?! The viral nature of bitcoin was it's power... if you didn't own you were MOCKED! Now? Completely reasonable, heck, SMARTER, to ignore bitcoin and place other bets! No one is trying to convince people to buy Bitcoin anymore... the memes and NFTs are gone. No one is saying $ BTC can change the world, because it won't โ€” and BECAUSE AI HAS! Just sell and shift from Bitcoin to Super Intelligence because one provides little to no value, and the other provides unlimited upside for humanity. This should be obvious to everyone right now. Bitcoin will never break its all-time high again.

Bitcoin is useful and beneficial for those who had no access to transfer their wealth across time & space

Why many Korean households are unhappy. A lack of understanding in personal finance and over-investment in housing = misery. Just buy S&P (better BTC) and buy a house you can afford or just rent it
Living in a $500k home with $2m invested: happiness. Living in a $2m home with $500k invested: misery.

Or buy STRC/SATA/SATS and let it pay your car
Most popular answer: pay off the car. My answer: keep the 7% loan, buy the bitcoin. 7% vs. an asset I expect to do 25% a year isn't close. xitter.gq/ts_hodl/status/2113669โ€ฆ

AI is more severe than COVID. Those 20th Century job will be gone soon. Must adopt new tech and adapt the new environment. We're entering the 1st generation of the Digital Age. PCs and smartphones were prelude.
Wake up. Every profession deemed white-collar, the middle class dream, is about to be decimated by AI, at a much faster pace than anticipated, with monstrous social consequences.

Buy a Tesla with FSD and drive it for 10 years. Buy a small apartment near public library and park. Be friends with a couple of restaurant owners in the city. Life is set.
Underrated life advice: Keep your personal burn rate low. Cheaper car. Smaller house than the bank says you can afford. No payment you'd panic about if work got weird. Low expenses aren't about being cheap. Low expenses give you options. And options = freedom.

200Week Moving average. When Bitcoin crashes to the level I buy more. But no need to do that just DCA and enjoy life
Replying to @bjunjo
Automatic DCA plus lump sum on crashes is the combination most people preach but few execute, because the two rules fight each other emotionally: DCA says buy regardless, lump sum on crashes says buy more when it hurts most. The reason it works since the dawn of Bitcoin is not magic โ€” it is that crashes have historically been the moments when weak hands transfer coins to strong ones at a discount. The discipline is pre-committing the lump-sum trigger in writing before the crash, not deciding during it. What is your written trigger, a percentage drop or a price level?

Automatic DCA-ing Bitcoin is the way. Itโ€™s been that way since the dawn of Bitcoin. And yes buy lump sum when it crashes. Stay the course
Replying to @UncleDividends
I still remember buying Bitcoin after those brutal 70โ€“80% crashes. I remember the fear, the uncertainty, and the sleepless nights. Especially after the FTX collapse. Back then, buying Bitcoin felt like taking an enormous risk. But I was beginning to understand what I was buying: an asset with a limited supply, no central authority, and a completely different approach to preserving wealth. I also understood something important: the reward might take years, not months. I started with just $20 a month. Today, I invest more than 60โ€“70% of my income into Bitcoin. When the market crashes 30โ€“40%, I do everything I reasonably can to accumulate more. What changed? Not Bitcoin. I changed. I stopped expecting quick returns. I stopped trying to predict the perfect bottom. I learned to think in years, not weeks. And most importantly, I learned that conviction means very little without patience, discipline, and risk management. We work hard to build our savings and secure our families' futures. Trusting a new form of money with that wealth takes time. Sometimes years. That's why I don't expect Bitcoin adoption to happen overnight. Bitcoin taught me that volatility is the price of uncertainty, but patience comes from understanding. What once terrified me now looks like an opportunity. Not because Bitcoin can't fall further. It absolutely can. But because I finally understand why I'm holding it. The biggest transformation wasn't in my portfolio. It was in my mindset.

Here's why I've been telling people that the 'retire early' part of FIRE is missing a big point. It's about financial independence that allows you to work on the things you want to do

I like your contents sir. But British HODL sir you donโ€™t understand Metaplanet. It is Japanese to the core. Itโ€™s the only one on the list beating every American company except MSTR.
In my opinion - if you choose to own MetaPlanet ($MPJPY | $MTPLF) as a Bitcoin treasury company - you own an American treasury company subject to Japanese regulations. 60-70% of the capital I would say comes from outside of Japan investors as @MitchTX21 uncovered after I speculated it. So what benefit are you actually getting besides the Japanese regulatory drag. The money's American, the ideas are American, the Bitcoin's American - but the discount & drag is Japanese. America is the pre-eminent Bitcoin jurisdiction in the entire world and it's not even close - no matter what larping every other jurisdiction does. When will MetaPlanet actually become a Japanese Bitcoin Treasury Company?

Itโ€™s funny how Bitcoin made me an international investor investing in a British company, French, Brazilian, Japanese, etc ๐Ÿ˜†
Today we announced the addition of a further 20 Bitcoin to the Smarter Web treasury, bringing our total holdings to 2,850 BTC and our quarter-to-date Bitcoin Yield to 2.41%. We believe there is significant opportunity ahead this quarter to continue growing our Bitcoin treasury in an accretive and disciplined manner. Plenty of work ahead. Plenty of ambition. MORE to come. You don't buy a Tesla. You buy a computer that can run Tesla FSD.
Tesla is now adding an average of 2,800 FSD subscribers per day, a record high. Overall, Tesla is now generating $92 million per month, or $1.1 billion per year, from FSD subscriptions.
