“Carbs turn straight into fat.”
Men in an overfeeding study ate 750 to 1,000g of carbs a day.
Their bodies went from burning 74g of carbs a day to 398g. By day 2 they were running almost entirely on carbs.
Carbs only started turning into fat once their glycogen was topped up by about 500g. And they were eating 3,600 to 4,900 calories a day.
Unless you’re eating 4,900 calories a day, your rice isn’t what’s turning into belly fat.

They took the blood of a patient who died from endotoxemia and injected it to rats, the endotoxin killed 100% of them.
Then they took that blood, filtered it with activated charcoal and injected it into rats.
NONE of them died.
Activated charcoal binds and deactivates LPS.
Weak gut barrier allows endotoxin to enter your blood.
Once they're in they activate basically EVERY inflammatory mediator and nuke testosterone production by destroying the mitochondria of Leydig cells and activating aromatase.
restoring gut health and fixing the barrier is the biggest lever to pull for more testosterone, energy, focus and libido, it is a root cause.
Incredibly petty of @BTChouseORIGIN to be hosting a meetup ON THE DAY of the @btckoreaconf
These guys NEVER host meetups on the weekends cuz they consider Bitcoin stuff to be work. But if it’s to derail other events in Korea I guess sacrifices must be made!

Copper: one of the most under-discussed minerals in the body
- Fixes anemia that iron alone won't fix (copper runs the enzyme that makes iron usable)
- Builds hair and skin pigment (the pigment enzyme runs on copper)
- Turns dopamine into noradrenaline
- Powers superoxide dismutase, one of your main antioxidant enzymes
- Keeps connective tissue, blood vessels and bone strong (it cross-links collagen)
Important note: zinc and copper compete. Take zinc on its own for too long and you drain copper.
Keep the ratio around 9:1 zinc to copper

Decreased glycine may explain:
> Worse insulin sensitivity
> Poor sleep
> Struggling to focus
> High anxiety
> Arterial calcification
...all common in the modern diet.
We eat chicken, fish and processed red meat and throw away the skin, bones and connective tissue, which is where the glycine is.
Your body makes about 3g a day. Food gives most people another 1.5-3g. One analysis puts the shortfall at about 10g a day.

one of the biggest lies in bodybuilding is that t3 burns muscle
t3 actually helps you build muscle bc it sets your mitochondrial output, which sets how much ATP you have to spend. muscle protein synthesis is one of the most energy expensive things your body does. you cannot build tissue that the body cannot afford
so the same training, the same protein, the same test dose lands completely differently in a body running a temp of 96 vs one thats at 98
check a free t3, rt3, alt, ast, ggt, shbg and take your waking temp for 14 days before you add another mL of anything
also, t3 pretty much mutes many of the negative effects tren can have
also to be fair, a genuinely hyperthyroid state does waste tissue, but thats not what happens in the range we're talking about, and it is very likely not what is happening to you

Retatrutide looks really cool -- see tons of reports of people taking it to hit their weight target and just stopping cold turkey and not regaining.
If your fat stores are full of PUFA + toxins, losing weight natty is going to most likely be suffering, or take way longer than you want.
GLP-1s force you to quickly go through the 'detox' of your fat, which could be slightly damaging. Those on Ozempic seem to gain a lot of weight when they stop, so it doesn't seem worth it.
I don't see that with Reta, so it does seem worth it, imo.
If you do Reta for this PUFA/fat soluble toxin detox purpose, I'd recommend trying a low dose of Reta (1 mg weekly/biweekly) + 'high' protein diet (~1.5g/kg protein) + a lot of lifting weights + a lot of sauna.
Then, coming off of it, I'd recommend hopping on something close to the honey diet, or @345marcel's adonis diet for something more sane (but lower calories).
These peptides are tools! Using tools can be good!

The year is 2040.
All fast food chains must provide vitamin E with every meal that has more than 10g of PUFA.
Welcome to the future.
