Corn beef used to be the struggle meal, the cheap meal you bought when find were low. I remember making loads of macaroni & corn beef, rice & corn beef etc but now it’s Mr Corn Beef when you go in the grocery store. I wonder what is the modern equivalent of a struggle meal
