I get it. But companies have dozens of options to choose from when they decide on a subject for a phishing email. Choosing a championship ring email, given the context, is just cruel IMO

Jim Dolan getting even more armor to act like a complete buffoon is easily the worst aspect of the Knicks championship.
New tonight out of New York: Knicks coaches didn’t get rings on ring night. And that’s not the only jewelry related affront to some MSG employees, @TheAthleticNBA nytimes.com/athletic/7715834…

One possession. Lots of questions answered. Incredible.

You voted for the mayor of New York City on his foreign policy? With all due respect, are you fucking retarded?

Lander is a very progressive Zohran ally.
This is just flat out antisemitism. They don’t like him because he’s Jewish.

Absolutely terrible, garbage person.
I have no interest in being in a coalition with someone like this. None.
Three years ago today, 1,100 people were killed and 251 were taken hostage. My heart is with those who lost loved ones and felt the pain of that day.
What immediately followed was destruction on a scale this generation hasn’t seen in Israel's nearly 80 years of violent oppression of Palestinians — much of which was funded by American tax dollars. Israel’s ongoing genocide in Gaza has killed more than 74,000 Palestinians, including over 20,000 children. More than 175,000 Palestinians have been wounded. Thousands more are still missing under the rubble. Entire Palestinian family names have been wiped from the civil registry. The Israeli military has bombed hospitals, schools, mosques, churches, humanitarian aid distribution centers, and water systems. Nearly the entire population of Gaza has been driven from their homes and forced to live in tents that have also been bombed. Israel is subjecting Palestinian men, women, and children to systematic torture and collective starvation as a weapon of genocide. Israel has killed over 1,400 Palestinians since its so-called ceasefire. Our tax dollars are paying for these atrocities and unconditional support from both the Biden and Trump administrations have allowed them to continue.
Here in Uptown and the Bronx, our neighbors voted to invest in a politics of life: one where their tax dollars are used to invest in our babies at home, not in dropping bombs on babies abroad. If we are to build a politics of human dignity that disrupts cycles of violence, we must reckon with the reality of our own failure to intervene in decades of dispossession, apartheid, and ethnic cleansing of Palestinians.
Every human life is precious, and we must start acting like it. As a Member of Congress, I will do everything in my power to build a foreign policy rooted in the safety, equality, and freedom of all people, including ending U.S. taxpayer funding for Israel’s war crimes, fighting for a full arms embargo, and for the Palestinian right of return.

If you are “protesting Israel” today you just hate Jews, what happened to innocent people in Israel on this day 3 years ago is indefensible
We can debate Israel’s reaction and there is merit to both sides of that debate but there is NO debate about Oct. 7, 2023.
On 10/7/23 innocent Jews (women, children and men) were pulled out of their homes, murdered, kidnapped, raped, and literal babies were stolen/killed.
Then the injured/murdered people were paraded in the streets of Gaza with celebrations all around like the Knicks just won a championship
Overall i respect everyone’s rational opinion on this matter BUT if you protest today, you don’t have my respect.
The far left sees October 7th—the deadliest day for Jews since the Holocaust—not as an occasion to mourn the 1,200 Israelis murdered in an act of terror but as an occasion to romanticize the mass murder of Jews as “resistance.”
The inevitable consequence of glorifying political violence is political violence itself. That is the dangerous direction in which American politics seems to be heading.

“JEWS CONTROL THE NEWS” they say…
Unless a plane gets hijacked, the pilot gets stabbed and the airline dips almost 20k feet before the people on board save the airline and 100s of lives
Then the news is “ehhh hijacking? Are we sure the Jews weren’t just being dramatic?”

If you want to understand real antisemitism on the left, look no further than the reaction to this video about combating antisemitism that doesn’t even mention Israel.
The Talmud teaches that anyone who sustains one soul, has sustained an entire world. For generations, Jewish New Yorkers have sustained our city. Today, we are launching the first-ever municipal Strategy to Combat Antisemitism.
Together, we will ensure Jewish New Yorkers are safe and celebrated. We will invest in their protection, their history, and their future.
Our safety and our thriving are tied together.

I remember asking assistant coach Mo Cheeks, what’s harder to do? Workout after practice or before?? I only asked cuz by time I would get to the gym, Russ was already done in the morning and I usually got mine in after practice. Mo like, “coming in before practice is probably harder”…since then, it’s been my routine….a lot of people looked at the emotions on the court and thought Russ was loud, nah to me, he was quiet and methodical. He lead by example and once the lights were bright, he let everything out and experienced pure freedom. It was inspiring as his teammate and everywhere I went, I seen it inspire people from all walks of life, crazy thing is, he didn’t say much, he just showed up. For 18 years. This basketball life is sacred to us as professionals, what we put into that court means everything. Some of us wish we could go back and do things with a little more intent and some can just wipe their hands and be satisfied with the time spent. Who u gonna be? We know what zero was on…keep inspiring in the next phase of life champ. I don’t care what happens, can’t erase what it was…The first YNs, finals run in our early 20s, all star games, seeing each other get injured and bounce back, the bus rides, plane rides, card games, jokes and arguments, the whole thing, memorable!! …to the whole Westbrook family, Nina, the kids, mama Westbrook, big Russ, Ray, Donnell, everybody from luezinger high and ucla and many more that I’m forgettin, much love and Congratulations on a iconic career.
