Marvell Technology $MRVL has agreed to acquire Lumentum $LITE in a $115 billion all-stock transaction.
The deal combines Marvell’s semiconductor technology with Lumentum’s optical networking capabilities, targeting surging demand for high-speed connectivity across AI data centers.
The companies expect the transaction to expand their combined addressable market to $550 billion.
