Some rather excellent Mezcal on the backbar at the moment. If you love an Old Fashioned try the Mexican version. Deliciously smoky and lovely soft agave flavours.

Dunderstruck Part Deux at the BBD. Rum, Rum with pineapple and Vermouth with a dash of bitters. Dangerously smooth!

Clear ice saga. Ongoing. These big ice balls are nice & clear but not melting evenly. Very good in my Cherry Bomb Old Fashioned though. #cocktails

My quest for clear ice is progressing with this new ice ball mould. Pretty good straight from cold but better after an hour at room temp.
