I'm making a game for the Seeker phone. For context: I'm Ishan. I've been building mobile apps for 7 years, including NearMe on the Solana dApp Store. I'm making Steal a Seeker solo for CLOCK IN, the hackathon by @SolanaMobile and @RadiantsDAO. It's a game for the Seeker Android phone where you sneak past robot guards, grab a phone and escape. NearMe, my app on the Solana dApp Store, had 2,283 ratings and a 4.3 average when I checked on September 10. Seeing people use it has made me want to keep building for this community. This time I'm making Steal a Seeker with help from AI. You can play on your own. I'm aiming for short levels that you can retry with a different route, and outfits you can buy with SKR. I'm still working out the rules for paid levels and rewards. There's a playable warehouse with a practice mode and two patrol bots. I still have plenty to do, including testing on a physical phone and adding the wallet flow. I'll share the builds, art and things that need fixing as I go. Follow if you'd like to try an early version. These images are AI-generated concept art. The people in the poster aren't involved in the project, and the mission map shows planned levels. @toly @mert @0x_diablo

Geoffrey Moore says startups die in the chasm because pragmatist buyers demand a "whole product." These folks won't tolerate gaps. They need references. They need the complete solution. The chasm is lethal because because the buyers won't buy without perfection. But Moore's model assumes there's an EXISTING solution the buyer is comparing you to. The whole framework assumes the buyer has a status quo they're comfortable with. When the *bar is zero*, when the alternative is literally "we die" or "we do this entirely by hand with 2,000 people" (Block's compliance team) or "we just don't have this capability at all"? The chasm doesn't exist for those. Buyers start acting like visionaries instead of skeptics, because they have to buy. The alternative doesn't exist. They'll tolerate a 60% solution, missing features, no references, because 60% of something beats 100% of nothing. The companies I get most excited about aren't disrupting incumbents. They're filling voids. 9 Mothers in the YC Spring 2026 batch is a counter-drone defense co for whom bar is zero, there is no viable close quarters defense otherwise! There's no chasm to cross for that. The practical implication for founders: if you're in a market where the bar is zero, stop worrying about whole product, stop worrying about crossing the chasm, stop worrying about pragmatist references. Ship the 60% solution. They're begging for it. If you're NOT in a bar-is-zero market (if there's an incumbent, a status quo, a "good enough") then Moore applies in full and you need the whole playbook (beachhead, bowling alley, whole product, the works). The question every founder should ask: is my customer's current alternative literally nothing? If yes, you're in a different game than the textbooks describe. Ship it in whatever form you have. You'll know. And it's a great place to be.

The quality of your vibecoded slop is horrible. I've seen it. Absolute dogshit. Fortunately, there is a fix. Use this prompt: I want to clean up my codebase and improve code quality. This is a complex task, so we'll need 8 subagents. Make a sub agent for each of the following: 1. Deduplicate and consolidate all code, and implement DRY where it reduces complexity 2. Find all type definitions and consolidate any that should be shared 3. Use tools like knip to find all unused code and remove, ensuring that it's actually not referenced anywhere 4. Untangle any circular dependencies, using tools like madge 5. Remove any weak types, for example 'unknown' and 'any' (and the equivalent in other languages), research what the types should be, research in the codebase and related packages to make sure that the replacements are strong types and there are no type issues 6. Remove all try catch and equivalent defensive programming if it doesn't serve a specific role of handling unknown or unsanitized input or otherwise has a reason to be there, with clear error handling and no error hiding or fallback patterns 7. Find any deprecated, legacy or fallback code, remove, and make sure all code paths are clean, concise and as singular as possible 8. Find any AI slop, stubs, larp, unnecessary comments and remove. Any comments that describe in-motion work, replacements of previous work with new work, or otherwise are not helpful should be either removed or replaced with helpful comments for a new user trying to understand the codebase-- but if you do edit, be concise I want each to do detailed research on their task, write a critical assessment of the current code and recommendations, and then implement all high confidence recommendations.

been learning react, so i built my first project. it’s a movie app that lets you search movies, see trending titles, and scroll through results with live data from the TMDB api. kept the ui clean and simple. small project, but it taught me a lot.

was learning how real-time data backends actually work, so i built one for solana markets. @solana it pulls token data from Dexscreener and Jupiter, normalizes it, and merges everything into one clean feed. now it’s a single sortable view across price, mcap, liquidity, volume, and 5m to 24h moves, with real-time charts and token data.

Next pivot: the 100x mobile bootcamp. Learned to build crypto apps & integrate wallets in React Native. With guidance from @bluntbrain, I shipped a crypto staked mobile game in the Solana Mobile Monolith hackathon! The momentum was finally building.

Grateful to @kirat_tw for providing the platform, @bluntbrain for the guidance throughout, and @solana for conducting such a well-organized hackathon. Looking forward to continuing to learn, build, and grow with the Solana community.
