Sweet. 25 pages for 1 diagnosis. I like that they'll cover vitamin D for sequelae of hyperalimentation. Such a broken system

@signaturedoc if I reviewed a patient chart in 1.2 sec and made a clinical judgement based on that review it's malpractice. What's the point of even having a physician review the claim?
