I really like that Jae didn't try to make Pavi reconsider her decision or make piece with Nisha. He knows Pavi should've waited and communicated, but he doesn't push that onto her. He sees a struggling child who's abt to go into the Harshlands all +
#Avatarsevenhavens things are full of heartache right now
but both twins have an air bender ally with them
and that feels right. that helps. 💜

Avatar Seven Havens Related, Spoilers Warning Just In Case!
You see these two babies right here? These precious little things that are only 3 apples tall combined?
Neither one of them did anything wrong. I will protect them! They are my babies!
P.S. I need season 2!!!

this but also as a non-bpd haver i truly do not understand why people think these things about those who do have bpd. like it's a mental health issue . do u seriously think people want to be like this ?
Sarcasm

ALT here’s my great idea: let’s isolate everyone with bpd, tell everyone they’re undatable manipulative monsters, make sure they know it’s unreasonable to ask for help or have episodes and that whatever happens bc of their disorder is 100% Their Problem exclusively and they shouldn’t expect or ask for help (that’s manipulative!) and also remind them that bringing other people that they love into it is abusing them. And then they’ll get better. There is literally no mental health treatment better than leaving people completely alone and demonizing them until they stop being mentally ill. It’s just like how if you beat your kids when they cry enough they stop whining and grow up into well adjusted adults. Foolproof plan.
Here's a fan fact. My mistreatment of my former bestie with BPD was partially caused by my OCD and anxiety. So go ahead, add me to the list of "le evil mentally ill abusers" if u really want to be consistent with ur ableism
How did the discource that started with "that 1 guy doing a shitty thing to his friends while also suffering from BPD and now we try to understand just how much empathy we should show in such situation" grow into "we need to lynch BPD people! They're evil abusers". No the f*ck +
of being purposefully manipulative and abusive while also directly offering to commit heinous abuse against them that leads them to suicide. This is disgusting. I wish, I wish we would all just treat people with BPD as normal people. With normal disorders. A variation of human +
How can today be both so shitty and so good? Such an upgrade from the entire rest of the week, yet still not enough to make me feel happy and pleased with myself. At least it's calm

I think it’s helpful to remember that PTSD, OCD, etc. can also cause a person to be an abusive asshole to those around them. But we identify those mainly with the pain they cause the afflicted person. Whereas BPD is identified with the pain the afflicted person causes others. I

why is it always "ppl with bpd are angels who dont know anything at all" or "people witj bpd are demons and if you date one it will fuck with you for the rest of your life" instead of "people with bpd are normal people like us who struggle with xyz symptoms"

I’m so glad Nisha at least has Karthik left, especially after everything she’s faced.🥲🥲 I know he’s not her blood but that is still her father. And he chose her over and over in contrast to her dickhead bio dad 🥹

Okay, let’s talk about it
I feel like this scene is one big red herring meant to make us suspect that Nisha is the Dark Avatar
At first glance, it looks like she summoned the Anomaly. But we know its source had been beneath Ellora since the Cataclysm. We also know it was drawn to people’s fear
So what if Nisha didn’t summon it at all? What if she was simply terrified of being abandoned by her family, and that fear inadvertently attracted the Anomaly to her?
I think there’s more to this scene than we’re being led to believe. What do you think?
This kind of talk is very romantic and sweet, but with any kind of love, including unconditional, there is a limit. The person who loves u might accept u at ur worst, but if ur worst includes not appreciating their efforts, questioning their actions, disrespecting their +
boundaries or not trusting them enough they'll have enough of it someday. Even if u didn't mean to do any of that. Even if u did it because u were hurt or had a disorder or was genuinely worried. There comes a time when u treating another person badly due to ur own problems will+

#sevenhavens The next chakra is the sacral chakra. Dealing with pleasure and blocked by GUILT. We all know Nisha is feeling incredibly guilty right now. I think book 2 will have a focus around this and hopefully have Nisha start her spiritual journey. I also feel like Pavi will open up to Jae about the situation and on her new journey navigating the pleasures of being the avatar. She will understand Nisha’s fears and why she did what she did. Jae is not gonna let Pavi hate her sister… especially if he hears the story. Pavi will eventually feel guilty about validating Nisha’s fears and they will reconcile. Regardless of if Nisha is the dark avatar or not she has to exist. Order and Chaos both have to exist Vaatu is supposed to exist. It doesn’t mean she has to be evil. UGH SO MUCH TO THINK ABOUT I CANT TAKE THIS THEY SPLIT UP MY FAMILY AND I NEED THEM BACK…
