what really changed my life for the better was cutting bag habits & removing everything negative from my life - have a ‘TO DO’ list but more importantly I have a ‘what NOT TO DO’ list - cut off all substances (caffeine & nicotine exempt) - deleted all social media other than x - stopped talking and started listening - focused on manifestation - started putting myself first - spent close to all waking hours obsessing over wanting to learn more doing everything in silence ostracizes you at first - then it becomes your biggest edge. competition is weaker than you think. fkn run it up
