Individuals with #BPD can have a very hard time dealing with:
- Emptiness
- Boredom
- Loneliness
It doesn't mean we can't get past it. It just means that we may require a little more patience (from ourselves and others) and support to learn how to cope and feel at ease 🙃

🌗always expecting people to leave
🌗seeing threats in the smallest sign
🌗never feeling safe with others
🌗isolating yourself to not get hurt
