Exner-Pirot on the Clean Fuel Standard (CFR): "There is an even more insidious aspect to the CFR. To meet their carbon intensity targets, many Canadian refiners blend biofuels into their petroleum products. But Canada is not self-sufficient in their production. More than half of Canada’s biofuels are imported, predominantly from the United States. Somehow, in the middle of a trade war and an energy crisis, it has gone unnoticed that Canada — the aspiring energy superpower — has artificially made itself dependent on the United States for fuel. The vulnerability was brutally exposed with U.S. President Donald Trump’s diesel export ban threat, when refiners were scrambling to find out if renewable diesel bound for Canada would be caught in the net. It is a favourite line of the Carney government that, amidst geopolitical rupture and trade disruption, “Canada is focused on what we can control.” The CFR is at the top of the list of self-harming, expensive and distortive policies that Canada controls, and has every interest in rolling back." @ExnerPirot

Woke Rocker Neil Young Sues Trump for Playing Song at Ohio Rally, Wants a Court to Award Him Millions westernjournal.com/woke-rock… Another screwy 80 year old boomer 🤡 from Canada! Sorry for that my American relatives and friends! TDS is a widespread political bacteria particularly common among Canadians of certain age, even those that have lived in the United States for decades. The good news is that recently a cure for it 💉was found in Quebec and British Columbia. There is a glimmer of hope for more to come.

Group admits faking polls cited by major news media outlets usatoday.com/story/news/poli… via @usatoday In Canada this same fakery and "polling" patterns appear to be exactly the same as evidenced by the results of recent provincial and municipal elections. Depending on the pollsters political alignment with the contractor, the poll results of a small sample of respondents are curiously aligned with that of the contractors.

Doug Ford this morning (Oct 26) on US trade talks + new tariffs hitting Canadian trash:On the broader trade situation (after noting PM Carney’s recent contact with Trump): “I think we need to get a deal. It’s beneficial to Canada, it’s beneficial to the United States. And as I said on American news, a tariff on Canada is no more than attacks on the American people. I’m hoping they’re moving… we look forward to a productive meeting today” He pivoted to domestic priorities: big national infrastructure (Ring of Fire, small modular reactors, etc.), working with First Nations, and everyone prospering On the new US tariffs announced Friday (including on trash/municipal waste — Ontario sends the majority of its trash south): “It really affects us because the majority of all our trash goes down to the US. I’ve never believed in that. I believe we should take care of our own trash. I believe in turning trash into cash… everyone has to be responsible for the waste that they send out. I’ve been saying this last 20 years: take care of our own trash, but turn that into energy. That’s what we need to do.” Regular Ford framing: deal preferred, tariffs hurt Americans too, but Ontario should stop exporting its waste and convert it to energy/value instead @fordnation

Not exactly a winning strategy anymore. Canada’s wokest province just elected a Conservative government for the first time in nearly 100 years after the socialist NDP leader called a snap election to run against US President Donald Trump.

🇨🇦🍊🇺🇸🤥 : Mark Carney accuses the Donald Trump administration of lying about Canadian foreign interference, in the US Mid Term election. Carney then blames the United States of interfering in Canadian elections. Ironically Donald Trump was the one rooting for Mark Carney to win the 2025 Canadian election, on Fox News. Fox News is the #1 news network in the USA & seen by millions of conservative Canadians. Carney says repeatedly his government is very, very careful to not be seen to interfere. As you can see by the inserted picture, Liberal MP Anthony Housefather was seen in the USA Mid August, openly supporting the Democrats. Even wearing a campaign shirt for Debbie Wasserman Shultz, during her Florida Primary.

Nobody loves Turkey except for the moronic mark J carney.
Greek MEP Afroditi Latinopoulou (Voice of Reason) stood in the European Parliament and laid out Turkey’s record under Erdoğan: a state with a heavy criminal record, illegally occupying half of Cyprus, threatening Greece, Cyprus, and Israel, acting as a Trojan horse for Jihad in Europe, and led by what she called a “crazy” Islamist dictator.

This guy clearly needs to be arrested. For something. This is clearly against public order. No modern government would typically let this act of defiance stand!
A Calgary man has removed more than 1,000 pounds of garbage from the area around the Calgary Soldiers’ Memorial ahead of Remembrance Day. Matthew Thomas Edwards says he spent five days cleaning up the area, collecting 1,084 pounds of trash in 33 bags. Edwards says he has collected more than 14,000 pounds of garbage this year, bringing his lifetime total to over 36,000 pounds.

Bank of Canada just said the quiet part out loud. Inflation is heading higher than they projected. Not a little higher. Quite a bit higher. September already came in at 3.1%. Businesses expect it to stay above 3% for the next two years. Consumers are bracing for the same. The cause? Oil and energy prices that refuse to come down, plus the ongoing cost of the trade mess. Carney’s plan? Keep spending like the credit card has no limit. Tell Canadians to sacrifice while the government keeps the tab open. The Bank of Canada is warning the inflation problem is getting worse. Ottawa is still acting like the bill is someone else’s problem. #cdnpoli
