We use Grok Bot to spot incidents in our support queue and quickly respond to every associated ticket. In one incident, it cleared 204 tickets in about 10 minutes, with one engineer approving the batch.

A lot of you have been asking for @bot to be able to access your @chat messages and message requests to help manage busy inboxes. excited to share this is now live! I've had my @bot reviewing new message requests all week, approving them, and helping me stay on top of my inbox.
