Every team member is responsible for the culture of the team. Everyone owns a part in that culture. It's not coach's team. It's not the starter's team. It's not so-and-so team. It's everyone's team. Everyone should be invested in the process.

Good opening scrimmage for all 3 levels against a talented Hopewell Vally team. Saw a lot of positive things and certainly some things to work on. 2 more dress rehearsals before the real deal. Very excited about the team and the season!

Tough lose tonight for the boys. Even tougher when one of your seniors gets injured and isn’t able to finish out the final game of his HS career. It was a great season though! Thank you seniors! You’ve moved the program in the right direction!
