@Uber my son is out of town and left his phone in one of your drivers cars last night. We called the phone and talked to the driver. Thankfully, it was still in the car. We’ve offered to meet him and pick it up but he wants money. Essentially, he’s holding it hostage and he’s literally 13 miles away from my son. Isn’t there an easier and more ethical way to make this happen? We’ve tried reaching out to you direct, but this is the only form of communication we can find. Thank you for any help you can give.

Hey @DoorDash I think it was pretty neat how your driver couldn’t follow the instructions for delivery, so I had to go out to their car, and then my food was sitting on A PILE OF GARBAGE IN THEIR PASSENGER SEAT!!! WHICH INCLUDED FRUIT AND OTHER EXPOSED FOOD WTF
