97% of Jo-Anne Fabrics stores were profitable. Yet they’re declaring bankruptcy. 15,000 retail stores set to close. WHY? It’s not Amazon… HERE’S the NEW game. @TheVinoMom

I want a refund for the broken table they sent me and still no resolution… ANGRY!

#MYVALYOU After running around and explaining the issue to team, they re-ordered the item (Order #VFM36066), it came in after a month’s AGAIN incorrect. Customer care team had absolutely clue of this situation, except telling me that I can get refund.

#MYVALYOU Had a POOR EXPERIENCE. We ordered “Metropolitan Living Room Set - Media Table” on November 22, 2021 (Order #VFM26940). The product was delivered on February 26, 2022. Ironically it was damaged product that had missing parts (pics attached)

@ValyouFurniture @KyleSmig @BBBGWP My wife ordered & paid you in full on 2/17/22. Since that time the new sectional has been delayed multiple times. You continue to not communicate. Please care for this immediately. All we've heard is late April, now it's early May. #MYVALYOU

Still not able to make this table function properly and the company has “reached the end of the road”. I have no table that safely functions nor do I have my money back to buy another one. Buyer beware- still hoping they back their product.
