I was a counselor in a high-risk Canadian prison, helping inmates recover from their lowest point. I founded Mental Meeting to enhance clear thinking, performance, and rapid change.
Don’t just write—turn thoughts into results.

In Kent's Maximum Institution, I wasn’t teaching motivation.
I was teaching grown men how to have self-control.
How to accept no without escalations.
How to manage impulses.
That’s where I learned the difference between hype and real change.
Now I build systems for real growth.
I know what it’s like to feel stuck—wanting to level up but not knowing where to start. That’s why I created Mental Meeting. The 2-1-2-1 Method isn’t just theory—it’s rooted in my own journey from struggle to clarity. It’s about real, lasting growth.

Building something worthwhile isn’t about quick wins or sudden motivation—it’s about showing up consistently, putting in the work, and staying committed, even when it’s tough. That’s what Mental Meeting is rooted in—small, intentional steps that add up to real progress.

Motivation fades. Execution persists. I created Mental Meeting to help people remain consistent when enthusiasm wanes. You don’t need motivation to progress—just a plan.

The simple fact that people object to and condemn this answer is mind-boggling and shows that racism is alive and well in Canada. There is A LOT of ground that needs to be covered still and demonstrates Canada still has a systemic racism problem that needs to be addressed.
We need to take a minute and seriously ask ourselves, why is it even a question whether Indigenous communities deserve clean drinking water or not?
It's a matter of priorities, and if I was Prime Minister, I'd get it done. #elxn43

Ben Thornton @benthornton1404 @YHA_Lions (2004, 6’1, 160, Yale) sure has the potential to a strong powerful man - when he is 19/20 watch out - such intriguing raw power - and, he's a high IQ player as well - not done growing either ...
