I'm fixing this right away.
I just built an AI-powered ticket triage system designed around my school's support portal for students.
A student only needs to provide a description, and the AI model turns it into a complete, categorized, urgency-rated support ticket.
What do you think about this?
Update on my Smart Support Ticket Triage System:
a student can now submit a ticket with just an email and a description.
No AI yet.
A stub fills in the other fields before it's saved to Postgres.
Next: queue and close endpoints, then a real LLM replaces the stub.
September is gone, and I realized there were a few gaps in the learning strategy I used last month.
This month, Iโm taking a different approach.
Iโm hoping this gets me one step closer to becoming unstoppable. ๐
