THE BIG TECH ROTATION
Semis, software, AI, and robotaxis are driving the next market rotation as we break down $MU, $CRDO, $UBER, $TSLA, $GOOGL, $HOOD and more.

People love calling great companies "scams" near the bottom. Amit and Steve talked about this on Basis Points, and bearish sentiment is often at its peak right before the trend changes.
Since then, $ZETA has more than doubled, $PLTR is pushing back toward $200, and $SHOP is back above $150. Now we're seeing the same setup in $ADBE and several software names that have quietly bounced hard.

Humans are the noblest of all creations, aren't they? Then how did this creation fall to such a low standard

As I said…
$PLTR
$PLTR has been getting punched in the face lately because the market has convinced itself that OpenAI and Anthropic are coming for Palantir.
I think that is moronic.
Saying LLMs are eating Palantir is like saying paint brush manufacturers are putting painters out of business…
OpenAI and Anthropic are building the brains. Palantir is building the nervous system that actually connects the brain to the body.
Big difference.
The model can tell you what it thinks. Palantir helps a company decide whether that answer is using the right data, whether it fits the right workflow, whether the right human signed off, and whether the action actually gets pushed into the real system where money, logistics, defense, fraud, supply chains, hospitals, or governments operate.
That is the part people keep missing.
LLMs are insanely valuable, but as the major models keep improving, they are also starting to look more similar. GPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, all of them are getting better. The gap between them is no longer the whole story.
For enterprises, the real question is not just, “Which model gives me the smartest answer?”
The real question is:
Can I trust this answer?
Can I trace where it came from?
Can I control who approves it?
Can I plug it into my existing systems?
Can I use it without blowing up compliance, security, privacy, or operations?
That is where Palantir lives.
OpenAI and Anthropic are trying to build intelligence. Palantir is trying to turn intelligence into operational outcomes.
Those are not the same business.
One is the engine. The other is the factory floor, the dashboard, the permission layer, the audit trail, the operator, and the process that turns the engine into actual production.
So when people say, “What if OpenAI replaces Palantir?” my answer is simple:
That is like saying Ferrari replaces roads because Ferrari makes a great engine.
Good luck driving that thing through a hospital procurement system, a defense agency, or a Fortune 500 compliance department.
That is why I have been doubling down on Palantir recently.
Not because Palantir has no risk. It absolutely does. Valuation risk is real. Execution risk is real. Expectations are sky high.
But the competition fear is misunderstood.
The market is treating Palantir like it is competing with the model companies.
I think Palantir is the company enterprises call when they want to actually use the models without setting the building on fire.

.@BernieSanders , it is a time to celebrate. @elonmusk has created enormous value for society by building @SpaceX, driving down the cost of rocket launches and creating a global satellite communication network that has brought high speed, low-cost internet and communication access to hundreds of millions and eventually billions of people along with critical advantages for our military and our nation’s defense.
SpaceX and its technologies will cause an acceleration in the growth of wages and wealth creation globally, including in some of the poorest communities in the U.S. and around the world.
Access to low-cost, high speed communications everywhere will allow children around the world to be educated, families to build businesses, and life-saving medical knowledge and care to be available everywhere.
SpaceX will materially bring down the cost of compute, advancing AI and humanity.
Meanwhile, 4,000 SpaceX employees yesterday became millionaires, including hourly wage employees who you claim you are trying to help.
The Elon Musks of the world drive growth, global GDP, and provide access to goods and services at lower cost that would otherwise not exist.
Elon’s nominal trillionaire status is due to his ownership of SpaceX, Tesla, Neuralink, the Boring Company and his other initiatives that have brought new technologies that improve our everyday lives.
Elon is not sitting on a trillion dollar pile of cash, jewelry and gold. He is using his controlling stakes in his companies to advance mankind. Elon’s companies don’t pay dividends. They reinvest all of their capital to accelerate innovation and value creation.
Elon is working 24/7 for all of us. He deserves respect and appreciation, not smears.
Bernie, your socialism would never allow a SpaceX to be built. Socialism has only proven to impoverish mankind and lead to death and destruction.
We need to create the conditions for more SpaceXs to be built, not attack the great entrepreneurs who are helping to advance our country.

$PLTR $CRM $NOW @WDY $SAP $MSFT
This is probably one of the MOST relevant points everyone needs to understand ASAP.
Now is the time to go long SaaS... But it has to LARGE embedded SaaS, not the thin companies at the edge.
With OpenAI and Anthropic going to war for market share... ask yourself... Which companies have access to the biggest distribution in market in an agentic world?
Look at the enterprise customer counts for each of these business...
Answer: $PLTR $CRM $NOW $WDAY $MSFT $SAP $ORCL
Microsoft ($MSFT) More than one million companies worldwide use Microsoft 365, and that's before counting Dynamics 365 and its other cloud applications. No other SaaS vendor comes close in raw organizational reach, and it has the deepest penetration among large enterprises.
SAP ($SAP) Serves approximately 425,000 customers across more than 180 countries (some estimates run as high as 480,000), and the majority of Fortune 500 companies are SAP customers. Its base skews heavily toward large organizations given the nature of ERP.
Oracle ($ORCL) At roughly 400,000+ customers globally across Fusion Cloud applications, NetSuite, and its database-adjacent SaaS lines.
Salesforce ($CRM) Over 150,000 customers worldwide as of 2026, and more than 90 percent of Fortune 500 companies use at least one Salesforce product. It's also the largest standalone SaaS provider by revenue.
Workday ($WDAY) More than 10,000 global customers, including over half of the Fortune 500 and more than 70% of the top 50 Fortune 500 companies
ServiceNow ($NOW) has roughly 8,800 customers, and more than 85% of the Fortune 500 use it. Nearly all of them are genuine large enterprises and public-sector organizations.
@BillRMcDermott and @Benioff both mentioned how much growth is coming from agents. These token hungry agents can be powered by now an increasingly commoditized LLM.
The business model is flipping to buying Tokens WHOLESALE and selling them RETAIL. The SaaS vendors get to pocket the margin in between and it actually accelerates future growth and become entrenched.

Introducing CaktusJxck – a curated feed of second-by-second updates around the markets, 24/7.
Caktus is a human being, not an AI bot, who was watching my market open/close streams for the past 2 years. Over the course of a few months, he started posting headlines in my chat, and I started literally relying on his comments to run my stream.
Late last year, I decided to formalize the relationship and began paying him to create a curated feed for me.
It became the single biggest contributor to my ability to not only understand the market, but many times also trade on the news given how strong his curation and speed was. Throughout the day, even when I am not live, I am using this feed more than anything else to get news about the markets.
If you care about keeping up with stocks, you should join this.
I cannot stress how incredible he is at curation, which is the hardest part about a newsfeed, most feeds just spam useless headlines that really don’t provide anything relevant whereas Caktus actually finds the best articles, X posts, videos, etc. and does them in a SECOND-BY-SECOND timeline that is relevant to the moment. He is NOT an AI bot and he is working literally 12-hours a day just doing this. He’s taken one day off for me in the past 8 months of working together.
Now, one thing about Caktus is he’s had a tough few years. Testicular cancer, stomach cancer, thyroid issues, lost his job due to a hand trimmer and his spine is thinning as well. I say all this to say, he has found real purpose and joy in doing what he does for me and I had the idea to open-source this to all of retail because I really do think it is the best alternative to a Terminal newsfeed that most people can’t pay $25K a year for. He prides himself on being the quickest, most accurate, and most diverse quality with relevant news.
The cost? Completely free.
No strings attached. No upsells. No surprise offer. It is 100% completely free and always will be.
However, if you’d like to support the project, you can contribute $5/month. For $60/year, I think you will find the feed more valuable than you can imagine, but it is free for anyone to join.
Link below, we are currently using a WhatsApp Channel to syndicate, if there is demand for telegram we will add that to the mix but for now WhatsApp is the core distribution for the feed.
Join and give it a spin for a few days – looking forward to any feedback!

Sat down with Palantir CEO Alex Karp at Palantir's 9th AIPCon to discuss where software is going, why AI models need an ontology, what Palantir's message is around the war, and why value creation is the only way to survive.
Thank you to Alex for taking the time!

Iran is way more technologically advanced than people realize. They are the first country on earth to have a virtual supreme leader.
Alex Karp rips into the Palantir conspiracy theorists:
“You're attacking the person who's protecting you— idiot.”
“You may hate this, but there's one person protecting your rights to be a conspiracy theorist that actually has a seat at the table, and that person is me.”
“You may not want to hear that truth, but it's fucking true.”
“Maybe do a little more reading before you pontificate on your absurd and obviously ill-formed and many times stupid opinions.”
“It's like fucking so stupid.”

“All that— can you make more money? It's all irrelevant if the country blows up.”
Palantir CEO Alex Karp with Teamsters President Sean O’Brien:
“I think the biggest challenge to AI in this country is political unrest.”
“I was in a German company at a very high level. On almost every issue, I was on the side of the union rep because there were all these decisions like, ‘I don't think we should pay this person.’”
“At the end of the day, the union representative— if a business goes under or underperforms, who are the people who get punished? Who gets screwed?”
“I think the single biggest issue for American technologists is— the people who will do very well are the LLM providers that survive, of which there may be only a couple, chip providers— there's one dominant one, maybe there'll be others— and people who provide the scaffolding, of which currently there's one— us.”
“If I were sitting in private with my peers, I'd be telling them— you guys are— the country could blow up politically, and none of us are going to make any money when the country blows up.”
