Thanks for sorting out a refund for the card which @RoyalMailHelp folded in half to fit through the letterbox. I used it to order a birthday card a few days ago. Good news: it arrived today. Bad news: Let's be honest, you already know what the bad news is going to be 😞
An envelope with "Please DO NOT BEND" printed on it in large letters. It - predictably - has been folded in half by a Royal Mail postal delivery person and now has a 45 degree bend in it.

@MoonpigUK Any chance you could make the "Please do not bend" on your envelopes bigger? I think @RoyalMailHelp is still struggling to read it.
