EVERYBODY.
Rasheeda, Toya, and Memphitz owe K Michelle the BIGGEST apology. this is actually sick af how everyone played in K Michelle’s face like this.
In 2012, K. Michelle went on Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta and spoke about being physically abused by her ex-boyfriend, music executive Mickey “Memphitz” Wright. She described the abuse she experienced behind closed doors, but Rasheeda Frost questioned her credibility and suggested she wasn’t telling the truth. Rasheeda was close friends with Toya Wright, who was married to Memphitz at the time, and seemed more willing to defend someone she knew than consider what K. Michelle was saying.
In 2015, Memphitz sued K. Michelle, VH1 and others for defamation, seeking $65 million. The case was decided in favor of K. Michelle and the other defendants, with the judge finding that her statements about physical abuse were substantially true. The very woman Rasheeda had questioned years earlier had her account supported in court.
Then, in 2016, viewers watched Toya and Memphitz on Marriage Boot Camp: Reality Stars, where his explosive temper and aggressive confrontations with Toya were on full display. Toya even admitted that watching his behavior made her question whether K. Michelle’s allegations had been true. Imagine dismissing another woman’s experience only to watch your own close friend experience concerning behavior from that same man.
Fast forward to 2025, and now Rasheeda’s stepdaughter, Kelsie Frost, Kirk Frost’s daughter, is at the center of another heartbreaking domestic violence situation. Surveillance footage surfaced showing her being physically attacked by her boyfriend, rapper T-Hood. Photos of her injuries had also circulated, bringing the issue of domestic violence directly into the Frost family’s own lives.
And this is why you should be careful about how you dismiss another woman’s pain. In 2012, Rasheeda didn’t know what happened behind K. Michelle’s closed doors, but she was comfortable questioning her experience. Years later, the truth became much harder to dismiss, and eventually someone in her own family experienced abuse. Sometimes the lesson you refuse to learn when it happens to someone else becomes a reality your own family has to face. Karma doesn’t always knock on your door. Sometimes it skips right past you and reaches the next generation.

the difference between me & you? i use my trauma to grow. you use yours to justify your bullshit. if pain taught you nothing, you suffered for nothing.

Disliking me is so valid because I’m a confrontational bitch who stands up for herself.
