Deleznable.
🚨🌍 Ismaila Sarr’s agent Diomansy Kamara statement. “Statement from Ismaila Sarr’s agent Diomansy Kamara: “The cases of Ismaila Sarr and Lamine Camara must all interrogate us. “We have to get out of this logic where the African player can sometimes give the feeling that he is just a commodity: you buy it, you set its price, you negotiate its future and, too often, your will seems to go to the background. “Our African players deserve respect. The respect of their work. The respect of their career. Respecting their ambitions. The respect of their voices. “A transfer shouldn't just be a matter of two clubs and numbers. Behind every contract, there's a man, a career, dreams and life choices. “The fact that clubs can sometimes have the final word is a reality of professional football. But one question remains: what about the career and the will of the player? “The player must be able to be heard and respected in the decisions that determine his future. “Let's never forget what's important: behind every success, it's the players who write history first.”

Robert, shut the fuck up. Kind regards, Everyone.
This from my sister Juliet about lessons from last night’s England men’s defeat. She has a point. “Also the positive thing England men's football could do is to consult with women at all levels and in all positions and in more team sports than football, to find out how they win and continue to win. There is of course the Lionesses, but also the England rugby girls who never get beaten and of course they could talk to Tamsin Greenway. The other people they could also talk to, look into what they do, are those involved in Australian team sport. They have the winning formula in just about everything.”

What about all the nonsense Scotland fans had to put up with from English media/pundits/fans? Just ignore that? Scotland fans loving life in WC regardless of the quality we seen on the park but we've got English media/podcasters/presenters slaughtering us. Presenters jabbing?
I speak for me and me alone. Nobody on here has called out the worst excesses of Englishness in here, nobody. And at England games too. But if you're Scottish or Irish or Welsh reading this, most English people care about, like you, is food on the table, grafting and being, for now, part of a union of nations. Me, today, I'm tapped out. Never believed in the union, I believe in an English independent nation that trades with 3 or 4 other neighbours as friends. I love England, I do not love nor hate the other constituent parts. What I do know is Scottish media and politicians, not brain dead pundits, have been more than happy to twist the knife this last month. So please, Scotland and Wales, vote for independence so we can all have our own destiny, as friends without tagging a nation of 40 million as some sort of colonial oppressor. We're fucking not. And the cheek of the Scots and Welsh pretending they weren't a part of every British atrocity is fucking laughable.

You are a fucking liar, Yakin. Get fucked.
🚨 Switzerland head coach Yakin: “We were punished because of a mistake. There was no reason for that booking. I don’t understand it. It was an innocent situation; there was nothing malicious about it”. “That decision was simply unbelievable. I completely disagree with it. There was clear contact, and I don’t understand how the referee and the VAR came to that conclusion”. “I wouldn’t say they were being favored. We had a fair and open match. Both teams played football. Football wasn’t the winner today. We were punished by a mistake. It was a decisive moment that determined the outcome of the match. We can complain now, but I have to congratulate Argentina”.

Yes! At times like this, you need someone to just speak truths.
🚨 “If You Don’t See It as a Red Card, Then Football Is Not for You” — Thierry Henry on Embolo’s Dismissal 🗣️ :“First of all, I want to give a lot of credit to the referee. In moments like this, under pressure, with the intensity of the game rising, it’s not easy to make big decisions — but he handled the situation very, very well. Calm, composed, and most importantly, consistent. That’s exactly the kind of discipline football needs. Now, when you look at the incident… I really don’t understand why Embolo goes into that challenge like that. Your team has just started to dominate the game, you are building momentum, everything is going in your favor — and you are already on a yellow card. You have to be smarter than that. You have to read the moment. There is no need to dive into a situation like that. You’re risking everything — not just for yourself, but for your team. At this level, that lack of control can cost you the game, and it did. And let me be very clear — if there are people who think that is not a red card, then football is not for them. The rules are there for a reason. Discipline is part of the game. You cannot complain when a player crosses that line and gets punished. For me, the referee got it absolutely right.”

You have got zero idea what living, loving and feeling loved feels like. You see the world only in numbers and fame. You think that scumbag won in life because he has more zero's at the end of his bank account and his social media. It's sad you think that way. Pathetic little boy

We are leaving the running of this club to a man who brought in and subsequently backed Russell Martin, has spent £8m (EIGHT MILLION) on Chermiti and hired his own boy for £200k a year. He's the reason 2 manager we wanted haven't signed. He's going to ruin this club.

No hype, no hot takes — just a few wee notes. If/when (when!) Kevin Muscat is the next Rangers manager, here’s a fair, fan-level look at his past, his football, and the fit. Ramblings below👇

6/ The red flags: • Fixture crunch + Europe test high-risk build-up • Needs pace + discipline at FB/CB to ride transitions • Timing — likely post-CSL season arrival narrows bedding-in window Fit’s good, but recruitment + patience are non-negotiable.

7/ Bottom line: if Muscat lands at Ibrox, expect identity, intensity, and goals. It won’t be dull. Align signings to the model and ride out early turbulence — the ceiling is silver. 🔵
