good news: the bots are gone, at least for now, until they find a different method to abuse :3 bad news: all of casual's existing problems (especially starting half-empty matches) are not just present, but they're much more prominent might quit tf2 again til the next update lol

it fuels my already existing decade-long theory that social media only serves to spread hate, misery & criticism (first two posts) whereas positivity, love & praise (last post) gets shunned aside because love is a significantly weaker emotion than hate numbers be numbers lol :3

okay i tried playing tf2 yesterday and it's gotten Really Bad lol we didn't have a single properly playable game, maybe a 6v6 at best friendly reminder that multiplayer gaming is a rapidly dying scene and companies simply can't or won't keep up with cheat developers anymore :3

there are now hordes of tf2 bots that queue for casual, intentionally prolonging their connection time to fill up all the player slots as if it wasn't bad enough that we barely just got rid of cheating bots a year ago while still having to deal with partied-up closet cheaters :3

all my life i've been a "jack of all trades, master of none" - i enjoy being good at many things, but there are times i wish i was the best at something, for once... today, i've raced (well, stunted) a world record on an official campaign map in trackmania united forever :3

apart from losing 15-20 points on the twister, which could've easily been a master, i'm quite satisfied with the run overall :3 41 and a half hours of total race time - this excludes resets (countdowns) and analysis, so the actual total hunting time is probably twice as long

i have been chasing this on-and-off for nearly a year: learning, practicing and perfecting every single stunt in the run finally, my efforts have paid off :3 there's still room for improvement, 600 should be very doable, but anything beyond that would probably require a reroute
