Curt Cignetti on the TV presentation of the CFP rankings: β€œThese people, and there are a whole bunch of them, they march out of the tent, and they’re given instructions on what to say, and they follow the company line. And I don’t need to go any further.” #iufb

Bill Maher reveals San Francisco wanted to build ONE public toilet. The price tag hit $1,700,000. Not a toilet system. One regular toilet. Then a private company offered to build it for free. And guess what? The "free" toilet was still going to cost almost $1,000,000. MAHER: "After quote project management, construction management, architecture and engineering fees, permits, civic design review, surveys, contract preparation and cost estimation. The free toilet was still going to cost almost a million dollars. You know, if you tack on fees like that, you're not a city, you're AN AIRLINE." And taxpayers pay for all of it. Maher has lamented that "way over half" of every dollar he earns goes to taxes. MAHER: "I pay so much in taxes and it DOESN’T SEEM TO GET TO THE PEOPLE. Like I don't even mind doing it. Over half always. Way over half. And yet I never read about the homeless getting better." You pay the highest state income tax in America. You pay sales tax, gas tax, property tax. You hand over more than half. And they can't build you a toilet for under a million bucks.

Elon Musk: "Even if I'm criticized by the whole world, I won't let go of X." The reason makes you think. Reporter: "Why are you so attached to X?" Elon: "What do you mean by that?" Reporter: "Since the acquisition, it's been nothing but criticism, right?" Elon: "That's true." Reporter: "Politicians criticize you too." Elon: "Yes." Reporter: "There are conflicts with regulatory authorities." Elon: "That's true." Reporter: "Honestly, wouldn't it be easier to sell it?" Elon: "Why?" Reporter: "You have Tesla and SpaceX, don't you?" Elon: "I do." Reporter: "There's no need to stay in the center of controversies, right?" Elon: "But what would that solve?" Reporter: "...... Huh?" Elon: "I think it's important to have a place where opinions can be exchanged freely." Reporter: "But there are unpleasant opinions too, aren't there?" Elon: "Of course." Reporter: "There are wrong opinions too." Elon: "That's true." Reporter: "So, shouldn't there be restrictions?" Elon: "How far to restrict?" Reporter: "That's..." Elon: "Who decides which opinions are correct?" Reporter: "..." Elon: "It's easy to protect only the opinions we agree with." Reporter: "Yes." Elon: "But what about when contrary opinions arise?" Reporter: "..." Elon: "That's where the real test of free speech happens, don't you think?"

I asked Juice Cryer about his time with coach Norvell from 2023-2025... "College football is a business these days, you know how it gets. I'm not saying I don't get it but at the same time I have a hard time listening to anyone who has something to say about him as a person. He's one of the most solid people who you'll ever meet. He's helped me through a lot" #HookEm | #NoleFamily

πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ Florida deputies WADE INTO A SWAMP after a veteran flees on foot, showing suicidal signs πŸ˜₯ Hillsborough County officers found him waist-deep in a wooded area after he fled on foot. They reassured him he wasn’t in trouble and promised to get him help, and they got him out and connected him with care. He asked them to tell him it was going to be okay. They stayed until it was. Very rarely does a rant sum up the feelings of many. So I'll repost as I could not say it better myself.
This guy said the quiet part out loud and you can feel his anger and disgust… I couldn’t agree more..

Coach Norvell was very, very good to all For The Table companies. Madison Social hosted nearly every recruit, Township hosted large coaches days during camps, Charlie Park would host parents on on official visits, and our catering company would serve at his home. We are extremely grateful for the relationships and the way his players treated our staff. Only one time was there ever an issue amongst his staff and when Coach found out about it, he acted swiftly. He cared deeply about how people treated others. Wish Coach nothing but the best. A reset can do everyone some good sometimes.

You will be hard-pressed to find a football coach that genuinely valued their band as much as @Coach_Norvell loved and appreciated the Marching Chiefs. I can’t thank him enough for the genuine kindness and support he always showed us and wish him the very best.

Jordan Travis shares an emotional message thanking Mike Norvell for believing in him and giving him a chance. β€œYou believed in me in some of the hardest moments of my life when no one else wanted to give me a chance. That will hold a special place in my heart for the rest of my life.”

Coach Norvell, I just want to take a moment to thank you for everything you’ve done for me and my family during my time at Florida State. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to play at Florida State University, believing in me, and seeing something in me even when I may not have seen it in myself. You’ve played a major role in changing my life, not just on the field but off the field as well, and for that, I’ll forever be grateful. I want you to know that your impact on me goes far beyond football. The lessons, conversations, guidance, and genuine love you’ve shown me and my family are things I’ll carry with me for the rest of my life. I’ll never forget the day you yelled at me for thrity minutes straight at practice for running out of bounds. πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ It's one of those moments I'll always look back on and laugh about, but it also shows how much you cared about pushing me to be the best version of myself. I wish you nothing but success and happiness in whatever comes next. I know greater days are ahead, and I have no doubt that God has something special in store for you. And just like you would always tell me, keep your head up and your chest poked out! Never forget the impact you’ve made on so many lives, including mine. Thank you for everything, Coach. I appreciate you more than words can explain, and I love you! ❀️🍒

Thanks for all you've done at Florida State Coach Norvell. Beyond being a good football coach, you were an even better person away from the game. That’s something that will always stand out to me. Much love and respect for you and your family.

I hate that it ended this way. I wanted it to work for Mike Norvell. He poured his entire heart and soul into the program. But for whatever reason it just didn't translate into consistently winning. I wish him nothing but the best moving forward.
