Claude limits definitely feel lower. Like a lot lower.

This actually happens a lot. Relational database for example.
google wrote a paper, published it for anyone to consume, then watched all eight authors leave & two outside labs capture most of the frontier model equity. the most valuable research paper in history was effectively a gift from google's balance sheet to its competitors. re mark able.

The main reason schema is often correlated with ai visibility is because schema implies the presence of a web and seo team that cares about visibility and is reasonably competent.
so, ChatGPT released sample code for their web crawler. Guess what, it completley strips out all Schema. So let's put that myth to bed. H/T no twitter having Rodrigo Stockebrand for this github.com/openai/gpt-oss/bl…

It’ll be cool when you start a new job and you pick out a computer but instead you get to spec out your personal data center.

The first time you buy usage credits is always the last. The conversion rate from hit limits -> tries usage credits -> becoming a multiple max sub person must be 100%.
Holy crap, so I hit the weekly limit on my $200/mo claude plan so I thought I would try out credits. I bought $200 and blew through them immediately. Less than a day. Dang this is expensive.

I don’t love ant ditching the beige color system around the claude apps. Felt like part of the vibe.

Many “first principles thinkers” have been pattern matching the whole time. You would have had a better read of the future if you took most labs comms at face value.
We tried to warn the world and far too often, to be frank, we were yelled at for doing so. “Regulatory capture,” “marketing hype,” “doomer anxiety,” “fear-mongering about open source,” “why don’t you talk about the benefits?”

Claude try harder. Make it like Apple.

So a year+ rocky ride and then vulnerabilities go to zero.
Replying to @RothRottweiler
vulnzero. the scaling laws will have driven cyber mythos-class capabilities into small, cheap models and all software dev everywhere will be using models for fractions of pennies on the dollar to stop shipping security bugs permanently.

The right time to binge watch Pantheon is this weekend. Can’t overstate this enough.
I watched Pantheon because of a Twitter rec. What a show. If you haven’t seen it yet, now you have something to watch.

If you were thinking about introducing BYOK you are probably re-thinking introducing BYOK.

Awesome that everyone is having outages right now. Hope no one is trying to push any code this morning.

Hard to escape the feeling that all the security issues today are just a harbinger of things to come.

One of the big traps in marketing right now is creating the most sophisticated ai systems, infra and processes you’ve ever seen. In order to produce the worst, most commodity output.

Real issue is that Wemby has no post game. If his shots aren’t falling he can completely disappear offensively. Compare that to the truly great offensive players who are almost impossible to take out of a game. The window to beat the Spurs is open until he figures this out.
Wemby on his offensive struggles tonight: "I need to go back to playing the basketball I like. This is not the sport I like, right here. I've got no reason to be hesitant. It's as simple as that. I'm good when I have fun. I was indecisive. I might be overthinking it"

Do ppl try to keep screen level design files in sync with their prod app or mostly just design system and then do projects for specific new features and you just derive those starting points from main?

I fear too many products right now are wrappers bridging claude & many 3rd party apis. And the assumption is “no way these users 5 miles deep in ai psychosis will do all these integrations themselves.” That’s not a good assumption. Claude maniacs have to do ~~something~~.
