I spent my life surrounded by weed, pill, cigarettes and alcohol, and while I drank occasionally recreationally and never smoked cigarettes or took pills recreationally, I became heavily dependent on marijuana. Like, couldn’t sleep, could eat, anything without it 1/2

I know me complaining like this isn’t much different than people constantly complaining about every game ever but it’s annoying how something can be so hyped up for so long and then suddenly one single detail about an unreleased game comes out and now EVERYTHING about it is bad

Like, I’ve genuinely had to stop letting twitter users determine my excitement for games, movies and music because they get views off of being contrarians and live in a bubble of negativity, usually over things that aren’t even out yet

Not only can I not wait to play Phantom Blade 0, I have the day off when it comes out, gonna have a great time playing it

Like yes, I’m okay with the game not having an insane level of difficulty or enemy respawn, not every game needs these things to be good, I knew going in it would be based around crazy moves and cool boss fights and I’m fine with that

Went and got pumpkins for carving jack-o’-lanterns, watched Halloween, I may not be home on Halloween but I’m sure in the spirit, and Phantom Blade 0 comes out a day I’m off work, huge week

Every fight in the prequels makes it very clear they’re aiming for each others lightsabers and not the person they’re supposed to be trying to kill, the prequel revisionism is getting out of hand

I’ve got grown men calling me slurs and telling me I don’t know Star Wars or how lightsaber fights work because I think the prequel choreography is overly choreographed and lacks any real danger, even though I didn’t say they were bad looking
