𝐓𝐈𝐍𝐆𝐍𝐀𝐍: Tumaas sa 7.8 percent ang headline inflation noong Oktubre 2026 mula 7.2 percent noong Setyembre, habang nasa 5.6 percent ang year-to-date average inflation.
Samantala, bumagal sa 6.4 percent ang food inflation mula 6.8 percent, sa gitna ng mas maayos na suplay at magandang lagay ng panahon.
Malaki ang naging kontribusyon ng bigas sa overall inflation, habang tumaas din ang presyo ng transportasyon at enerhiya kasabay ng pagtaas ng presyo ng fuel.

If these past five months have taught me anything, it’s that beautiful things don’t always have to follow a certain timeline or make perfect sense. Kasi sometimes, all we can do is appreciate the moments as they come, find joy in the little things, and allow ourselves to believe in the possibilities.
Kaya let’s not get too caught up in figuring out what comes next that we forget to enjoy what’s already here. After all, some things are simply worth appreciating as they unfold.

some of us are genuinely hurting, and I hope no one feels they have to downplay what they’re feeling to make others comfortable, likewise, those who aren’t as affected shouldn’t feel the need to justify that either, kaya sana, we give each other the understanding and grace to feel things differently without making anyone feel less valid 🙂↕️
there's no shame in allowing something to mean so much to you, nor is there anything wrong with realizing that your heart needs something different now, whether that means walking away or learning to appreciate things differently, I hope we never feel guilty for honoring what feels right for us, wherever that may lead 😮💨
