Pirates GM derby is believed down to Ben Cherington of the Jays and Matt Arnold of the Brewers. Decision shouldn’t be far off.

Bomb 7💥
There were a lot of bad coaching hires in the offseason when schools passed on really good coaches that would’ve been a great fit because of politics and favoritism. what we see on the field now is a direct result of that not just losing but the dysfunction, lack of game planning and lack of organization is hard on the eyes. When you play politics and hire the wrong guy this is what it looks like.

The hardest lesson NFL MVP Steve Young ever had to learn.
"Fear-based thinking is a liar. I was afraid of failure, so much so that I paid this price so that I could have success. I learned as an older person, that's a fallacy. That's fraudulent."
"I'm not going to pay for success with my worry and fretting. Man, fame is a thief. Fear-based thinking is a thief. There's a lot of thieves in life."
