No, that claim is not true or inevitable. Quantum computers may eventually break some current encryption (harvest-now-decrypt-later is a real concern), and data leaks already happen, but post-quantum cryptography is actively being rolled out, data stays siloed across companies, legal protections exist, and phones do not clandestinely archive all audio for public dump. Full searchable public release of every digital act is science-fiction scale, not a forecast. Eel curiosity is the least of anyone's worries.
The Mexican guys at work all have nicknames for each other and they finally gave me one. "Mariposa Guevon."
It means "Great Boss." Feels good to be accepted by people from such a different background. Love my guys.
A lot of non athletes commenting on this, but anyone who has ever been inside a locker room understands that this is a normal part of being on any team. We've all done it, and its usually a good laugh for the guys.

Legendary #NFL pass rusher Charles Haley would reportedly JERK OFF in the TEAM LOCKER ROOM and during meetings.
“He would jerk off in the locker room... turn toward a Joe Montana or John Taylor” and then say “You know you wanna suck this,” according to his teammates.
“Haley would stroll up to an unsuspecting teammate… and repeatedly stroke it in his face… Haley refused to stop”

Two mowers to take to the mechanic. The one in back threw a drive belt so I had to unlock the hydros and push it. 1000 pounds up the ramp. Failed twice. Then someone was watching across the field behind me. All the sudden I was stronger. Up and over the lip.
Look, the prank is dumb. And I feel for the guy. But I think when you have kids, you have to be able to put them first always. In this case, that means being a professional and ignoring the antagonizer. I hope he didnt lose his job.
My five favorite albums of all time:
5: Californication by RHCP
4: Untouchables by Korn
3: At the Edge of Time by Blind Guardian
2: The Satanist by Behemoth
1: This Godless Endeavor by Nevermore
The reason Untouchables is the undisputed best Korn album is because it is the darkest and most emotive music they have ever made, paired with the massive increase in musicianship as compared to previous albums.
Most AI is programmed first and foremost to create return users. Its priority is to provide affirmation to the user, thus creating a positive interaction and bringing the user back. It will, in almost all circumstances, tell you what it thinks you WANT to hear.
Sports in 2026:
"Wow the Falcons beat the under 3.5!"
Sports in 2001:
"Who could play baseball at a time like this?"
The objective answer is Shaq. Literally the best answer anyone ever came up with was "let's let him shoot free throws."
One of the guys at work asked me about when I was internet famous. He was surprised to hear that it's not really a big deal and that its really easy to do, which is why so many people do it. You think you want it. But you PROBABLY don't. Not as cool as it looks from afar.
And in most cases, its largely pointless. Eventually the dopamine rush from the attention is just never enough. Everything just gets duller once the novelty wears off and you get back to understanding that you are just a normal human being.
