Navi Mumbai International Airport Private Limited (NMIAL) is a special purpose vehicle established for the design, development, construction, operation, maintenance, management and expansion of the greenfield international airport project at Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra. It is a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) between Mumbai International Airport Ltd. (a subsidiary of Adani Airports Holdings Ltd.) holding 74 percent stake, and CIDCO (City and Industrial Development Corporation of Maharashtra Ltd.), holding 26 percent. NMIAL is committed to building a sustainable airport that caters to the burgeoning air traffic demands of the Mumbai Metropolitan Region and Western India, while strengthening India’s global connectivity.

IndiGo will be the first airline to operate from Navi Mumbai International Airport (NMIA) when the airport begins commercial operations.
@IndiGo6E and #AAHL proudly announce that IndiGo will begin flying from NMIA with 18 daily departures (36 ATMs) to over 15 cities. The airline will scale up to 140 daily departures (280 ATMs), including 30 international flights, by November 2026.
This partnership marks a major milestone in India’s journey towards becoming the world’s third-largest aviation market.
