It was pretty fierce in Iowa, too. It was my senior year of high school and we were in the playoffs. It was 10 degrees that Monday night and just about every game either moved to the UNI-Dome or Dakota Dome in South Dakota.

"1999" the fifth studio album by Prince was released OTD 10/27/1982. It contains the US Billboard Hot 100 top 20 singles "1999", "Little Red Corvette" and "Delirious". It was his first album to be recorded with his band The Revolution. One of my favorite albums by Prince.
