House math update: I currently count 22 Dem flips and 13 GOP holds among competitive races. That gives Democrats an 84-seat majority.
Also, I count 10 flipped seats and 7 holds that finished within 1.5%. This could've been a lot better for Rs... and a lot worse for them, too. #txlege

He was arrested and taken to the Bexar County jail, and has been charged with felony terroristic threat against a public servant.
