@SciPyConf has the most welcoming community β€οΈ Iβm grateful for the opportunity to present my tutorial about turning @ProjectJupyter workflows into web apps with #nbdev. I canβt wait to incorporate all kinds of new visualizations and tools I learned into my @BetterSSw materials
This summer Iβve been mentoring these student interns funded by the @BetterSSw fellowship. They are incredible and I am so energized by their enthusiasm and hard work! Iβm so grateful for the opportunity to improve my management and teaching skills with these wonderful humans :)
Isnβt it beautiful?? Oh wait, itβs a little hard to see in icon size β¦ ππ β¦ how about now π³οΈβππ³οΈββ§οΈ

At my software eng. job, we used Asana. I like it for large collaborative projects. But for more individual work, like a dissertation, I use a paper notebook with βproject pagesβ. Much more tactile and lovely. And doesnβt require the risky, upfront investment of learning new tech

I develop apps in Jupyter, and I'm really expanding my backend knowledge at the Streetwise Jupyter Security session by @rpwagner. @PEARC_20, I just love the venue this year π
Very proud of our @SCCompSC team, Hammertime! Congratulations Boilermakers π€
I've done a lot of growing in my first year on the job, and #SC19 was no exception. I constantly feel encouraged to learn and in my field by many mentors, and I hope I am able to do so for our students! #proudboilermaker
It is #diversityday today at @Supercomputing! I am lucky to be surrounded by amazing and intelligent women in my workplace. Creating a community of @women_in_hpc and allies makes me feel validated, included, and valuable. I'm proud to be a member

Our student cluster competition team was featured on the @DriveScale_inc podcast! Graduation, several months, and a new job later, I'm still so proud I got to be a part of the team, and I'm thrilled I get to share the lessons learned with the next one. vimeo.com/309533549
The Lyft got lost and stuck in traffic but we made it in time for me to board. All worth it for the scenic view!
Megan and I spend our last days as Prezi and VP running elections for next year's triathlon club executive board. I'll be forever grateful for all the generations of my Purdue tri family these past 3 years π #womeninleadership
