This was quite an evening. I’m so proud and appreciate if the of my team, my fiancée, my district and state. We were told ‘no’ at every turn. Told it couldn’t be done. Flipping a seat that has been in Republican hands for 34 years. Defeating a 14-year incumbent who was sitting on a $4.5 million war chest and won by 12 points last cycle.
I told them they were wrong. We won.

Some of you may know I just sent my Sweet old Girl Chloe over the Rainbow Bridge 2 months ago, and today her 13 year old sister Kindle will be going to join her. I took her to the vet yesterday because she’s been sick and come to find out her kidneys are done. This is going to be an extremely difficult day for my family, but at least they will be together. Maybe that is what she wanted.
