I have spoken to @NIFRSOFFICIAL Chief Michael Graham tonight to pay tribute to & thank the crews fighting the blaze on the Mournes, still work to do tomorrow.
We would ask the public to stay away from the area, allow the crews to concentrate in the job in hand and stay safe.
My 16 year old son has an addiction to my homemade Portuguese custard tarts. I was hoping to have done for elevensis tomorrow. No chance. There are worse addictions!
Last week I bought a new kitchen knife. In space of 2 days I got through 2 boxes plasters. Latest involved trip to A&E cos I sliced left hand index finger nail off horizontally. Blunt knives get job done quicker n safer! It was a flipping great knife though. #knifebinnedbyhubby
I made a mid-week curry tonight, as you do. Apparently this one reminded him of why darling husband married me 27 years ago! It was quite nice.
Tesco has put its larger “unbranded” bags of flour in clearance - yay! All the Covid fly by night bakers have returned to the cheap loaf side! Big batch of cheese scones for lunch today with plenty for freezer. #normalityresumed
