Innovations in question dodging: I couldn't possibly comment on the Iran War because I am not physically located in Iran at the moment...or something?
U.S. House candidate @MainePaulLePage (R-ME) on whether he approves of handling of Iran war: "I don't know, I mean I'm here, not there. So I can't really answer that."

We need more of this!!
Ever wonder why politicians never actually do anything to support apprenticeship programs and community colleges? Maybe it's because none of them actually understand how they work. I'm a proud community college grad and apprenticeship instructor. I'm going to DC to shake that up.

Unfortunately “me when I pull the door handle and it shatters” is incredible
A brand-new employee made a smashing start to her career at a Texas salon, as the glass sliding door she was closing exploded into hundreds of tiny pieces, leaving her client and other employees stunned.

ACA enrollment opens Nov. 1. Ohio saw the biggest drop in ACA enrollment of any state last year. Premiums up 85%. In the shadow of the Cleveland clinic, people can’t afford basic care. Brian Poindexter’s been running hard on health care all cycle, will do so this week.
Starting this week, Ohio families will be able to see how much premiums will rise next year. Ohio is ground zero for the health care crisis. Because Max Miller voted for the biggest health care cut in American history, our premiums already jumped 85%. We have to fix it.

Max Miller said people have been "using Social Security as a safety net when it was" never "supposed" to be one. My parents moved in with me because Social Security wasn't enough of a safety net. That's the difference in this race.

After months of reporting on Max Miller, I turned my attention to the man trying to unseat him: Brian Poindexter, a union ironworker running for Congress in Ohio’s 7th District. I spent time with Poindexter on the campaign trail for @MotherJones. motherjones.com/politics/202…

NEW AD: Meet @DavidSacks, Trump’s AI and crypto czar. Republicans like Jon Husted are letting him flood our communities with data centers and block AI regulation. Sacks gets rich. His friends get rich. Husted gets their money. The only person who loses… is you.

Scoop: Star GOP recruit Jay Feely attended a late-August meeting with Speaker Mike Johnson and GOP megadonor Elon Musk in Texas — as top Rs worked to secure Musk’s help in defending the House GOP majority. Two months later, the former NFL kicker and longtime friend of President Donald Trump is now navigating the headwinds facing Rs in his own premier GOP battleground race. Trump’s political operation and aligned groups just injected another $2.2 million into AZ-01 to boost Feely, hitting $22 million and counting in a seat Rs are determined to hold. Feely told @politico this fall it would “probably be the most expensive race in the country.” more w/ @andrewjfhoward politi.co/4z7bPJd via @politico
