I have been troubled by the local authorities only because I made a choice to stay wit my parents and not in laws post marriage. I have all proof of stay etc and yet the passport is not being renewed! HELP

I got a call saying that my details have been used for a parcel being sent to IRAN.
When I called out this seems like a fraud, the customer service executive said: “Then why did you press 1 to know more”
@MumbaiPolice here is the number of the person who posed as a @FedEx agent. And when I said I know of this fraud, they said “then why did you press 1 to know more”.
