x is one of the best places to meet with. i have met with great investors, founders, engineers. i try to meet with 5-10 new people every single week through having calls with them. i would recommend everyone to do the same.

building an agency is the best way to reach $10k a month. you can go and start an agency today and charge someone $2k tomorrow.

If you are under 5,000 followers. Leave a comment. I was there not long ago. Promise it’s worth the grind. Keep going.

$0 to $50k/m is extremely easy. Focus on these: lead gen cold email sent through glasa,io Google and Outlook inboxes lists built by niche and city Sales every positive reply gets a Google Meet within a day close at 25%+ Onboarding automate everything that doesn’t need a human Fulfillment keep it month to month so you’re forced to deliver It’s that simple.

i sent my first cold email in 2023. at the time i was running my agency and had only 3 clients. and in 4 years i worked with over 500 clients and reached over $3m in ARR. i failed at 5 different businesses before making one work. its hard.

I know a guy doing $10m/year sells to local businesses with 6 employees and absolutely nobody on X knows who he is

glasa reached $350k arr in under 60 days. i also seriously considered shutting it down. i don't really know how to fit both of those things into an inspirational founder post.

honest agency P&L at $20k/mo: $20,000 in $4,000 contractors $1,500 tools $800 lead data $2,000 ads you shouldn't be running $3,000 taxes you forgot = $8,700 not $20 k. never was $20k

data brokering is 10x harder than you think. everyone is faking their numbers collecting the data is one of the easiest parts the hard part is selling to the labs directly dont get fooled by people claiming extreme numbers

it is harder to: get to $1M ARR than to $100M raise your pre-seed than your Series B get your first paying customer than your thousandth hire your first employee than your fiftieth get your first 100 followers than your first 10K send your first cold email than run 1,000 inboxes quit the job than start the company The first one is always the hardest, every single time

would you rather own: a SaaS doing $80k a month that needs constant fundraising or an agency doing $40k a month with $20k in profit? assume you have to run it for the next 5 years :)
