Some are failing to log into the system to see the violations they are being accused of.

Or they just link the fines to the licensing system such that your ticket is just credited and u can’t license with an outstanding. Still there will be need for a we capacitated, accessible and fair, appeals mechanism
With nearly 5 millions traffic violations recorded in Harare in a few weeks, Zimbabwe will definitely need a standalone, specialised independent Traffic Court System very soon😅

I have met some young pretty cool software engineers snatched from Econet while coming from Google to work for a German car manufacturer.
