We're at #SBCC this week, where it's gratifying to see a focus on catalyzing transformational change (for obvious reasons :) )-- and that the topic of community-led social movements for social change is being brought to the fore. We need more of this: Mobilization is key.
When designed our Transformational Change Leadership framework, we profiled the great Septima Clark as an example of effective mobilization. Very gratifying to see this tribute.
