@extendedapp is moving settlement to @arc today.
The perp DEX is shifting its settlement layer from @Starknet to Circle’s L1 ; sub-second finality, USDC gas, and cirBTC as BTC collateral.
Another concrete use case for the infrastructure Arc is building.

Extended moves to @arc on Thursday.
Settlement migrates from Starknet to Arc on October 22 at 13:00 UTC. The migration is planned with no interruption to trading. Positions can still be liquidated during this time, so top up margin beforehand. Transfers between sub-accounts stay open.
Most accounts need to do nothing. Your account, sub-accounts, positions, orders, history, points and keys carry across unchanged. USDC migrates as native USDC, ETH migrates 1:1 as wETH, and Vault (XVS) balances and withdrawal rights are preserved.
If you hold more than $1 of USDT or wBTC in any sub-account, you must act by 12:00 UTC on October 21:
- Authorise the conversion in-app. USDT converts to USDC and wBTC to cirBTC at 1:1 during the migration, with no swap fees. Extended credits a 0.50% premium.
- Or withdraw both assets.
If you miss the deadline, your whole account will be restricted for up to 30 minutes on October 21 while Extended cancels orders, closes positions in the affected sub-accounts at mark price with no fees, and returns your USDT and wBTC to your login wallet.
Deposits and withdrawals will be paused for up to 2 hours during the migration.
Full details can be found in the documentation: docs.extended.exchange/about…

📢 How to eligible for Genalyer Airdrop Now 👇
@GenLayer Airdrop Not Eligible? Complete These Contribution Tasks!
I've seen many people who need just 1 more contribution or 10–20 GLP points to become eligible.
You have 4 days left to improve your eligibility! 🔥
Currently, 3 missions are live 👇
1️⃣ Special Quest | 1 Day Left
Research GenLayer CEO @kstellana through his recent tweets/AMAs and post about what you learned.
– Submit your tweet link
– Rewards: 500–5,000 points
🔗 Always read Details: portal.genlayer.foundation/m…
2️⃣ Registration Check-in | 2 Days Left
– If eligible and registered, download your card
– Post it on X with a caption and tag @GenLayer
– Submit your post for 500–5,000 points
Not eligible yet? You may still be able to submit without registering and receive points.
🔗 Details: portal.genlayer.foundation/m…
3️⃣ Regional Invention | 4 Days Left
– Create a post explaining why people should explore GenLayer.
– Rewards: 500–5,000 points
🔗 Details: portal.genlayer.foundation/m…
My Suggestion 👇
If you need 1 contribution, try the Special Quest first. It ends tomorrow and may help you earn that contribution.
Need more GLP points? Try it too, so you have a chance to earn points before airdrop registration closes.
You can also try the other 2 missions to potentially earn more points and improve your allocation.
Points and eligibility aren't guaranteed, so check the mission requirements carefully.
That's it! 🫡
How many GLP points do you still need to become eligible? 👇

👋 Greeters, back to our series about what actually gives a blockchain value.
Today: @HyperliquidX and hyperliquid:native
High TPS doesn't pay the bills.
Millions of transactions don't guarantee survival.
We've already seen chains with impressive metrics slowly disappear.
So what happens when a chain actually builds an economy?
As they put it themselves last week: the vision is to become “infrastructure to house all finance.”
Every year, that claim gets a bit harder to dismiss.
That's what we're looking at. 🧵
Thank you to everyone who traveled near and far to make it to Monday's community event. Multiple members of the ecosystem hosted their own events to celebrate Hyperliquid and the community throughout the week. Thank you to every organizer for the hard work and dedication behind each one.
The builder booths were a highlight for many. To everyone building on Hyperliquid: thank you for bringing more of finance onchain and spreading the word.
Since last year, even more builders, users, and institutions have contributed to the ecosystem's growth. Hyperliquid's vision is to be infrastructure to house all finance, and every year, that vision becomes more of a reality.
9. So is Hyperliquid unstoppable?
Absolutely not.
The same flywheel can reverse.
Lower trading activity
→ lower fees
→ fewer HYPE purchases
Other risks remain:
• dependence on leveraged trading
• token unlocks / dilution
• validator & ownership concentration
• HIP-3 liquidity/oracle risk
• regulation
• increasingly strong competitors
• builders can potentially switch backend
And here's an interesting test:
If Hyperliquid disappeared tomorrow, several products inside VALR, Base App, Pump.fun and major wallets would lose functionality.
That's evidence of infrastructure.
But if a better execution layer appears tomorrow, some of those distributors could also migrate.
That's the moat Hyperliquid still needs to strengthen.
10. And this brings us back to the original ChainGreets question.
What makes a blockchain sustainable?
Not TPS.
Not transaction counters.
Not incentives endlessly subsidizing activity.
A healthier flywheel looks more like:
USERS
→ ACTIVITY
→ FEES
→ REVENUE
→ VALUE CAPTURE
→ BUILDERS
→ DISTRIBUTION
→ MORE USERS
Hyperliquid may currently be one of the clearest examples of that flywheel actually working.
Whether it can keep spinning through lower volumes, competition, unlocks and regulation is the real question.
That's what we're exploring with this ChainGreets series:
not only which chains are busy… but which ones are actually building an economy capable of surviving.

Lit 🔥
@LitecoinVM is bringing Hard Money Web3 to @litecoin with a high-performance EVM rollup.
The @EspressoSys integration for sub-second finality at massive scale (up to 1M TPS) is exactly the kind of infra that makes consistent onchain activity feel smooth.
LiteForge testnet is already live and active. Mainnet is still ahead (post-TGE, phased rollout - Q4 2026).
ChainGreets is about building your onchain footprint effortlessly across EVM chains with daily GM/GN, real activity, zero stress.
Drop a GM if you’re exploring LitVM and explore the ecosystem → chaingreets.xyz/chain?c=litv…
“We decided to integrate with Espresso because LitVM needs fast transaction finality. What’s new is the scale. Espresso’s capacity to handle one million transactions per second, all still finalized in under a second, means the base layer is the last thing we’ll worry about when Hard Money Web3 fam show up en masse.”

Since launch, @maroo_io is already cooking on ChainGreets roughly 160 GM + 160 GN and climbing fast.
Absolute heat for day one.
If you’re on Maroo, drop a GM, explore the dApps, or share what you’re building. The momentum is real.
Let’s keep pushing it. 🚀

👋 Hi Greeters!
After @inkonchain / @krakenfx and @base / @coinbase , we continue our look at exchange-linked ecosystems.
This time: @BNBCHAIN / @binance
And the timing is good: the 37th quarterly BNB Auto-Burn just removed ~1.65M BNB from supply worth roughly $1.2B. 👀
But BNB Chain is interesting for more than the burn. 🧵👇
The 37th quarterly $BNB token burn has been completed directly on BNB Smart Chain (BSC).
~1.64M $BNB has been burned, worth approximately $1.197B USD 🔥
View the details of the burn below 👇
bnbchain.org/en/blog/37th-bn…
3. Why has BNB Chain lasted?
A few advantages have compounded over time:
• Binance distribution
• deep stablecoin liquidity
• mature DeFi apps
• cheap EVM blockspace
• native gas + staking asset
• years of integrations and network effects
The weaknesses remain too:
• dependency on Binance
• relatively concentrated validator set
• strong competition
• exposure to retail crypto cycles
Still, BNB Chain has clearly moved beyond being just "the cheap Binance EVM".
4. And now the ChainGreets question 👀
BNB Smart Chain is already a mature mainnet.
No testnet farming angle.
No future airdrop to speculate on.
Just a very active chain with millions of daily transactions and an established ecosystem.
So... Should we add BNB Chain to ChainGreets?
