Your chances of immigrating are considerable higher if you are Software or Cloud DevOps Engineer than an I.T manager or CTO. /Vertical growth - Choose e MBA route &, hope u get lucky & Stay for e perks. /Horizontal growth - increase your salary by switching jobs every 2 years.

That was some history, and below is where my main points are. If you want to bet your chances with staying in Zim & choose vertical growth. If you are planning to immigrate, choose horizontal. Focus your time on gaining hands-on experience & attaining certifications

If you’re a business owner, survival comes first. Be ready to do whatever it takes. Fight for what you believe in - but understand the hierarchy. Adapt, endure, and make it work.

Final question we kept asking: Why do simple systems fail… when the solutions to the problems look so obvious? - Youthful confidence. - Big ideas. - Reality pending 😅

And queues. Why am I still queuing for basic service delivery? why cant they be continuous service improvement?

How hard is it to build a high performance, decentralized, distributed system for 1/ National Identity records - online or offline, all departments connected. 2/ Health records too - Why does a patient have to repeat their life story to every new doctor?

Like… - How hard is it to decongest a road? 🚦Really.
