4 months ago I looked at photos from our trip to America and realised I needed to sort my shit out! I’m not one for posting gym related stuff, but as it’s New Year’s Eve I wanted to document how far I’ve come in that short space of time. I enter 2025 fit, strong and healthy 💪

My 11 year old ASC son was asked to “define geography” in his assessment. His reply - “boring” 🤣 I wonder perhaps the question needed to be clearer as in his black and white world, he answered with what he believed to be the right answer 🙈🤣
