i'm a drive-in movie projectionist, and my one rule is that i never run a reel I haven't checked frame by frame. thirty years, same booth, same flickering bulb. last tuesday at dusk, a man in a rumpled suit climbed the ladder to my window, set a rusted film canister on my ledge, and said, "i need you to play this at midnight. i know it's not on the schedule. it's forty seconds long, and i've never seen it."...

Three babies were born. Only two were officially registered. A woman who witnessed the records being changed claims Lin Mei's mother was never her biological mother, and someone is willing to kill to keep the identity of her real mother secret.
Who is Lin Mei's real mother?
Is Tae-jun truly connected to her by blood? And will Min-jae betray Yuna to save himself?

I discovered my husband was cheating on me because our neighbour accidentally sent me a message meant for him.
My husband, Daniel, and I had been married for seven years. I trusted him completely, and our neighbour, Sarah, was someone I considered a close friend.
One evening, Sarah sent me a text that read, “Last night was amazing. When can I see you again?”
Before I could respond, she deleted it.
Then another message appeared.
“Please don’t tell your wife. I think she’s beginning to suspect something.”
My hands started shaking.
I wanted to believe there was a reasonable explanation, but deep down, I already knew the truth.
When Daniel came home that night, I acted as if nothing had happened.
Instead, I asked him one question.
“Baby, do you think Sarah is a trustworthy person?”
His face suddenly went pale.

Why The Avengers: Doomsday MLB Commercial Is Breaking The Internet.
The new Avengers: Doomsday MLB commercial is being talked about a lot and in my opinion it has hidden details that everyone missed in the first teaser.
In my opinion, the biggest thing is the Fantastic Four are on Earth-828 at a baseball stadium, Reed, Ben and Johnny are visible but Sue Storm is completely missing from the scene.
Along with that, inside Avengers Tower, the long-haired man talking to Thor is confirmed to be Steve Rogers, and Shang-Chi is also spotted in the meeting which no one noticed before.
On one side, the funniest moment is Ant-Man standing in front of both Steve and Sam Wilson, he accidentally calls Steve "Cap" out of habit and then quickly corrects himself to Sam as the current Captain America, this point feels so perfect for his fanboy character.
On the other side, the ending is pure cliffhanger, Reed Richards suddenly stops in the middle of the game and stares at the sky in shock.
And the biggest point, people are theorizing that this could be Doctor Doom's arrival or the sky turning red because of a multiversal Incursion.

My husband demanded a DNA test for our newborn daughter because she didn’t look like him. I agreed, but when the results arrived, he begged me not to show them to his mother.
My name is Kimberly, and I had been married to Anthony for six years when I gave birth to our second child.
Our first child, a boy, looked exactly like his father. Everyone in Anthony’s family loved pointing it out.
But our daughter, Grace, was different. She had lighter skin, big brown eyes, and curly hair that nobody in his immediate family seemed to recognize.
At first, everyone called her beautiful.
Then, during a family visit, Anthony’s mother stared at Grace and made a comment I will never forget.
“Anthony, are you sure this child belongs to you?”
I laughed nervously, hoping she was joking.
But she wasn’t.
Anthony looked at our daughter, then at me.
For the next two weeks, he barely spoke to me. Whenever I tried to cuddle beside him, he moved away. When I asked what was wrong, he said he needed time to think.
Finally, one evening, he sat across from me at the dining table.
“I want a DNA test.”
I thought I had misheard him.
“What?”
“I want to know if Grace is really my daughter.”
I stared at him in disbelief.
“After six years of marriage, you think I cheated on you?”
“I’m not accusing you. I just want proof.”
“Proof of what, Anthony? That your wife wasn’t sleeping with another man while carrying your child?”
He rubbed his forehead.
“Don’t make this emotional. It’s a simple test.”
A simple test.
He said those words as though he were asking me to buy groceries.
I reminded him of the nights I had spent awake while he slept peacefully, the doctor’s appointments I attended alone, and the difficult delivery that nearly left me unable to stand for days.
He listened without saying a word.
Then he delivered the final blow.
“My mother says women have become very clever these days. I can’t ignore what she has noticed.”
I realized that his mother’s suspicion mattered more to him than six years of my loyalty.
I agreed to the DNA test, but I had one condition.
He would have to tell his entire family the results himself.
He agreed immediately.
I had no idea that, when the envelope finally arrived, the man who had demanded proof would become the one begging for silence.

Last year mum called me crying. Someone had sent her a video. In it I was beating a girl I had been seeing, the same girl I told her was “just a friend.” She watched it more than once. She said she kept waiting for the person on the screen to stop being me.
When I got home she was sitting on the floor. She looked at me the way you look at someone you no longer recognize and asked if I had anything to say. I told her I was sorry. She nodded once, then told me to pack my things and leave before she changed her mind about calling my dad because he leaves elsewhere with his second wife.
She has not said she is proud of me since.

Crazy how Doom shows up right as Hawkeye's retired and Daredevil's locked up. Same move Thanos pulled, waiting until Odin and the old guard were gone before he came for Earth.
It feels like Marvel is telling us straight up: they aren't winning this fight in the first movie. There's a Part 2 coming.

My mother-in-law taught me this trick. 👇
Filling empty cans with water and place them in your freezer to freeze. It helps preserve your food for longer time when there’s no power supply.
If your freezer is supposed to keep your food frozen for 4 days without electricity, doing this can help extend that period to a week or more.
I share what I do, not what I hear. 😉

My five-year-old nephew asked if he could call me whenever he got scared at night, and my sister started crying when she heard about it.
She’s been raising her son mostly on her own since her husband left.
On Friday, I watched him while my sister worked late.
After dinner, we watched cartoons, and I got him ready for bed.
When I turned off the light, he asked:
“if I get scared, will you come?”
I told him I would.
He was quiet for a few seconds.
“Even if you’re sleeping?”
“Even then.”

Why Korean Vs Western Male Beauty Standards Are So Different!
Photos of Korean and Western male actors are being compared and in my opinion both beauty standards look completely different.
The biggest thing is that Korean actors from the 90s and 2000s like Won Bin, Jang Hyuk, Lee Byung Hun looked more hot and manly, now they look more cute and soft.
Along with that, Western people are finding the look of Korean male celebs a bit too pretty and feminine, where stubble and rough edge is missing.
On one side, in Korean standards clean skin, small face and youthful look is considered perfect, this point also feels right.
On the other side, in my opinion, in Western standards jawline, masculinity and a slightly gruff look matters more, like 90s Brad Pitt and Mads Mikkelsen.
And the biggest point, people from both sides are not able to understand each other's standards, what is handsome in Korea looks average in the West and vice versa.

I’m 29, and the man I’d been set up with by my coworker walked into the restaurant carrying a cake.
It wasn’t my birthday, and I’d never told him my birthday.
His name was Vikram. My coworker Dolores had been pushing us together for a month, insisting we’d “balance each other out.”
I’m a planner, and I color-code my calendar. She said he was “spontaneous.”
I should have asked what that meant.
We’d only exchanged six texts before the date. He sent one of them at 6:02 a.m.:
Good morning! Big day tomorrow. I have a surprise.
I do not like surprises.
Me: What kind of surprise?
Vikram: If I told you, it wouldn’t be a surprise! Trust me.
I drove myself to the restaurant, an Italian place with white tablecloths and candles.
The hostess led me to a table where Vikram was already standing.
