I think a lot of Al founders make the mistake of looking for more users before understanding the ones they already have.
Instead of trying to reach everyone, find the 10 people who genuinely rely on your product and would be frustrated if it disappeared tomorrow.
Understand what they use it for, what problem it solves, and why they keep coming back.
Then focus on finding more people with the same problem.
You don't need everyone to use your product. You need more of the right people.
One habit to pick up, if you're building a career in marketing.
Open notes in your phone, Every morning type in these 3 questions:
1. What did a company do differently today?
2. Why did it work on me?
3. Where would I use it this week?
For example:
- An Al writing tool let me try it before signing up. It only asked for my email after the first result.
- By then it had already earned it.
- Put our signup after the first win, not before it.
Sometimes the best marketing ideas come from paying attention to the little things companies do differently.
