I’m not someone who talks much about my investment journey, but this moment deserves to be shared. Big appreciation to @coach_hannahrae for the constant support and direction. I started off with just a little step into crypto, and now I’ve hit a major milestone I got myself a car!🚘🥳🎉❤️Honestly, this wouldn’t have been possible without her guidance. I’m excited for what’s ahead.

Just days after the Supreme Court refused to intervene in Congress leader Meenakshi Natarajan's Rajya Sabha nomination dispute, a fresh legal development has added a surprising new twist to the controversy.
The very Hyderabad case that allegedly led to the rejection of her nomination has now come under fresh scrutiny after a court ruled that it lacked jurisdiction to hear the matter and returned the complaint to be presented before the appropriate forum.
Does this strengthen Meenakshi Natarajan's case? Could the Returning Officer's decision now appear questionable? And what impact, if any, does this development have on the Supreme Court's earlier order?
The dispute began when Meenakshi Natarajan's Rajya Sabha nomination was rejected on the ground that she had allegedly failed to disclose a pending proceeding in Hyderabad in her election affidavit. Congress argued that she was neither an accused in a criminal case nor facing charges framed by any court, making disclosure legally unnecessary.
When the matter reached the Supreme Court, the Court declined to interfere, relying on Article 329(b) of the Constitution, which generally bars judicial intervention during an ongoing election process and requires challenges to be raised through an election petition after the election is complete.
However, the story did not end there.
A Hyderabad court has now held that it lacked jurisdiction to entertain the private complaint in which Meenakshi Natarajan was named as a respondent and returned the matter for presentation before the competent Special Court. While the complaint has not been dismissed on merits and can still be refiled, the order has reignited debate over the legal nature of the proceeding that formed the basis of the nomination rejection.
Importantly, the Supreme Court never ruled on whether the Returning Officer's decision was right or wrong. The Court only held that it would not interfere during the election process. This means the merits of the controversy may still be examined in future litigation.
Could this latest development provide Congress with a stronger legal argument? Or will courts ultimately hold that the Returning Officer acted correctly based on the information available at the time?
In this video, we break down the Supreme Court's ruling, the Hyderabad court's latest order, the constitutional principles involved, and what this legal battle could mean for election law and nomination scrutiny in India.
Watch till the end for a complete legal analysis.

You are quite senior to me but my frustration with the policy initiatives and the mindless buybacks with our IT majors when they should have been buying operating AI businesses forces me to ask:
‘Were you sleeping all these years?’

Trust in the electoral process going up in flames! There have been serious questions raised about the conduct of elections in West Bengal. It’s not yet 45 days since elections took place in the state - there is still time left to file petitions challenging the results. Now that the EVMs have been destroyed in the fire, how will the Courts satisfy themselves that there was no wrongdoing?

Sir, they have blocked access to the very AI models you said we should share instead of build
India doesn't need to lead the world in building the most advanced AI models. But it must lead in ensuring benefits of AI are widely shared.

Pai now wants Modi and Nilekani to bring a real AI revolution in India!
Modi (RSS) - who have put science in full reverse gear
Nilekani - who fired Vishal Sikka (CEO) who actually got into AI seriously with an OpenAI investment in 2016
Pai himself - constantly communal hate-mongering
Keep dreaming. With these guys, and this revanchist mindset, no pathbreaking change happening.
It will certainly not be a government to government contraact ! It will all be private and very discreet. But which agency in India can carry out an investigation?😀Unless the Election Commission of India seeks to collaborate with other election regulatory bodies in other countries? How else can one be sure? The present government has no interest in getting to the bottom of anything to do with fatherland😀#Elections #ElectoralIntegrity #Foreigninterference

**Recent reports confirm French authorities (Viginum) suspect private Israeli firm BlackCore of running disinformation/smear campaigns targeting pro-Palestine candidates in France's March 2026 municipal elections.** Similar suspected activity in Scotland (targeting SNP/John Swinney), New York mayoral races, Angola, and Togo. Investigations ongoing; French PM sought clarification from Israel, with no confirmed state link.
Private Israeli contractors have a documented track record in influence ops. The 2023 Guardian/"Team Jorge" (Tal Hanan) exposé revealed claims of meddling in 33+ elections worldwide via bots, hacking, and fake accounts. Their tools showed activity in India, mainly commercial disputes. Indian Congress called for probes at the time.
**For India:** No evidence links BlackCore or recent cases to Indian elections. Strong India-Israel ties in defense/tech make state-directed interference improbable. Private "for-hire" ops by global contractors remain possible but unproven in major Indian polls. Election interference by private actors is a worldwide issue involving firms from multiple countries.
Vigilance and independent investigations matter everywhere.

Xi Jinping took charge of China in 2013.
Modi of India in 2014.
Maybe instead of comparing Modi with Nehru ji, it'll be a more fruitful exercise to compare his performance with that of Xi Jinping.
On AI
On R&D
On STEM
On Exports
On Employment
On Manufacturing
On Public nutrition
On Public education
On Mass prosperity ...
Maybe that'll help all of us much more in setting our national goals better.
In full agreement.
"We are a near-total American digital colony already. US can use the kill switch on anything any day - imagine Google products and Microsoft products going dark one fine morning. So the US govt. has exercised the Kill Switch.
Latest Anthropic AI models now not available outside the US, which means India also.
Five straight lessons for India
1) All frontier technologies are now geo-weaponised.
India leads in not one of these.
2) Indian R&D in frontier tech is negligible, and private firms are least bothered. Expect no sudden change.
3) The national mood now is anti-science, pro-superstition, at all levels. Frontier Tech is a social product, an outcome of scientific temper + science investments + science institutions + progressive mindset. We are in reverse gear.
4) RSS BJP don't understand science. Have no understanding of (and need for) science as a national weapon. They cannot bring change. They don't want to.
5) We are a near-total American digital colony already. US can use the kill switch on anything any day - imagine Google products and Microsoft products going dark one fine morning.

Sadly, no minister is losing sleep over the death of sailors. The prime minister, if he were upset or outraged, would have or at least should have cancelled attending the G-7 meeting and stayed home. That would have sent a message to the developed world. Symbolic but effective. #PMModiforG7
A public backlash against the Modi government’s weak-kneed response to U.S. naval strikes in quick succession on three, Indian-crewed commercial tankers near Oman, which killed three merchant mariners, appears to have prompted this call and a second diplomatic demarche.
Yet the response remains feeble: “not justified,” as though the killing of unarmed merchant mariners were merely a matter for debate rather than an act demanding accountability. There is still no demand for a U.S. apology, compensation for the victims’ families, or any indication that New Delhi intends to pursue the matter beyond routine diplomatic formalities.
I believe you, Prime Minister. I believe you. You do not have to remind us. Do we not see it every day and feel it? Sab Changa Si😀 #SabChangaSi
The NDA Government is one that is strongly working towards youth-led development. One of the defining features of the last 12 years has been the confidence with which India’s youth have pursued their aspirations.
Through initiatives such as Startup India, Digital India, Skill India and Atal Innovation Mission, an ecosystem has emerged that encourages innovation, entrepreneurship and enterprise.
Today, India is among the world’s leading StartUp destinations and many of these success stories are being scripted by our Yuva Shakti and that too from smaller towns and villages.

Home Minister Amit Shah chaired a meeting on demographic change and directed the High Level Committee to study demographic changes in border districts. He also directed the Committee to visit border areas, metro cities, and industrial towns for assessment.
The message is that the rebels are the 'good guys and girls' who never told a lie, never stole, were never corrupt ut had just lost their voice. The rest deserve the 'egg treatment'. The speed with which the BJP is finding out evidence of corruption and wrongdoing in Bengal is mind blowing but is also juvenile. The government is run by juvenile delinquents, it seems, who are enjoying the use of power. What fun to be able to send the police for the midnight or post-midnight knock😀#VengeanceinBengal
BJP still hasn't secured the numbers it wants from #TMC. That is why those who continue to stand with Mamata are facing raids by the police and central agencies.
The message is clear: Either you are on our side, or you are a thief and should go to jail.
