As a builder in the agentic AI space, I was f**king terrified about the shameless markup API providers charge to just route the models.
Lovable adds a 50% markup even with its maximum advertised discount. Replit adds 150%. Base44 adds 233%.
I might get cancelled by the entire vibecoding industry, but :
