A huge thank you to @AnaisJ_CTSH for organising such an incredible event! ❤️👏 It was wonderful to bring together participants from across the @mission44 Increasing Diversity in ITT project, with SCITT leaders, Fellows and @CharteredColl of Teachers all in one place. As we reach the halfway point of this four-year project, it was inspiring to hear about the impact being made so far and reflect on the importance of continuing to increase diversity within Initial Teacher Training (ITT). At Chiltern Teaching School, we are proud to be part of this important work alongside @Being_Luminary , and the @CharteredColl, working together to help create a more diverse and representative teaching profession.
