Financially - I’m going to win.
Mentally - I’m going to win.
Emotionally- I’m going to win.
Physically - I’m going to win.
In my life - I’m going to win.
Make it a habit to talk about your blessings more than burdens.
Dear bro, Where focus goes, energy flows.
Some men don’t need another lecture about being strong. They need space to be honest about what life has been doing to them.
Healing starts when you stop pretending nothing hurts.

BREAKING 🚨 The Federal Government just declared a POWER GRID EMERGENCY across 13 states + D.C...
Delaware, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland, Michigan, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Virginia, West Virginia... and Washington D.C.
The Department of Energy just issued an emergency order to PJM, the grid that powers 65 MILLION people... running Oct 13 through Oct 16.
Continued HOT temperatures are straining the grid... so power plants are now allowed to run PAST their pollution limits just to keep the lights on...
And as a LAST RESORT before rolling blackouts... PJM can force data centers and other big power users off the grid and onto their backup generators.
The grid could have as little as ~900 MW of cushion left...
This is NOT normal.
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
The DOE order follows PJM's request for flexibility amid forecasted tight conditions from warm fall weather plus ~62,000 MW planned maintenance outages; PJM states its alerts require no customer action.

Kirk Herbstreit and Nick Saban BOTH believe the Miami Hurricanes are the BEST TEAM in college football right now.
Kirk Herbstreit:
“I think the best team right now in college football resides in Miami of Florida. Darian Mensah the quarterback, Damon Wilson, despite all the injuries on that defense, the Canes are only gonna get healthier, right now I give Miami the nod.”
Nick Saban:
“Yeah, I agree with you on that one. They are very good, I do…. I agree with you on that, that’s who I would pick as well. Miami at this point! I mean, I am not giving up on the Tide, they will roll on.”

Angel Reese was traded to the Dream on April 6. Not even a week later, the Valkyries signed Gabby Williams to a multi year deal. These are the two most important additions in the offseason and now they meet in the Finals. Unreal.
